    If I could give them negative stars I would. I have no connection to this company and yet I have a hard inquiry on my account (fraudulent activity). When called the company they blew me off stating there was nothing they could do or anyway for them to research this activity. Credit monitoring states to call them direct to get information and details as to the hard inquiry. I called and was basically told to "f** off" as they couldn't and wouldn't help resolve this issue and proceeded to accuse me of applying for credit with them. Such a joke! Again, I would never apply for a credit card company with such low ratings and standards. I have high credit limits up to 25K with reputable companies and have no use to apply for credit more less with a company like this with 30 employees lol. I now have had to put a 12 month identity theft lock on all credit bureaus, my 808 credit score was lowered by 4 points (yes, I'm OCD) and despise this companies communication and inability to protect consumers especially those who would never apply to such a low class creditor.

    Terrible customer service. I have spoken by phone with representatives on three occasions, lengthy calls, with no resolution of my issue at all. They can't understand me and I can't them. I regret applying for this card. I can't get into my account to check the balance. My account was compromised and I have no idea what the charges were. A representative told me I was responsible for the full balance NOW I am going to cancel my account.

    If I could give negative stars I would.After a hard credit check on my report, a look into my bank statement, proof of ID and proof of address to even open my account they sent me a credit card with a wrong first name of ***** *******- not **************************** I called to get this straightened out and they tell me I need to resubmit my information and wait another 30 days and call back after the ********************************************************************************************************* with A DIFFERENT WRONG NAME- "Hi *****".They wouldn't correct their error and gave me a hard time and had me do all the footwork to correct their mistake which never got corrected. However, when I said you can't even get my name correct, I want to shut my account down- I do not trust you with my finances. They asked me why!!!!!They shut my account down in a second. I didn't have to wait 30 days for that. It is my opinion that this company preys on young college students. Could you imagine if I had financial errors I needed them to correct? This company seriously should not be in business and handling peoples sensitive information.

    It's been over 4 months and my card is still not delivered. Their customer service is literally a joke. A new excuse Every single time I call them. BS
