This company is setting rate chance % in game that is not real. It is literally gambling and they set fake rates to make users spend more money. I demand my money back since they are advertising fake rates. I have hundreds of pages of data that shows how their rates are fake.Initial Complaint

My account was hacked and I tried to get it back but com2us just said they cant help me. I provided proof of my ownership as well as the exact date it was stolen. My account of 6 years is just gone, along with all of the money I spent on it. I expect a company that allows accounts to be stolen to at least help get them back but com2us just wants people to make more accounts and spend more money. I have played this game for 6 years and loved it up until now. I made an $100 purchase because I was feeling good for a limited time package. I was charged for 3 additional packages I didnt intend on buying. I tried disputing through apple but there was no success. Then I went to the merchants website to continue to dispute for a refund where I was answered by an automated message not once but TWICE. They have a policy where once items are claimed they cant be refunded, but obviously if I knew what I got and what I was being charged for I wouldve left the additional items alone and requested the refund immediately!!!! Im extremely disappointed with their customer service and they dont even have a number to contact for support. Its just an email that they then use to respond with a template automated message, not even addressing the customer!!!! If you look at their 1-3 star reviews on apple store and ****** store numerous people have had the same issue and its extremely disappointing. I now have an over-drafted bank account and wont be able to pay my bills on time or access my money due to my bank trying to assist me in this matter. This is absolutely ridiculous. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!! I really hope this can get resolved and I receive my money back.
