The customer support team is commiting fraud and theft. They fail to protect people's resources and troops when their updates lock people out of there games. They were supposed to bubble my city on the 16th of March and did not until the evening of the 17th well after all my troops were killed or placed into the holy place and all my resources were stolen. Then they refuse to replace the resources that people spent real world money on and the troops the people had before the attacks on there city's. I have asked for there legal department address and phone number and they refuse to give me that information. I seek reimbursement for the stolen resources and the return of my troops which is the right thing any honest company would do. I also want the information of there legal department and the phone number to them. They allowed billions in resources that I spent real world money to buy be stolen from my city and allowed all my troops to be killed and all but 77 million of them to be put in what they call the holy place and they claim that giving back less than 1/10 of the resources ( less that 1 billion) is full compensation when it will cost me over 100 billion in each of the 4 resources plus close to 7 million in gems to retrieve my troops from the holy place alone, and that doesn't include the multiple billions that were stolen or the multiple billions it will cost to rebuild the 77 million troops that have to be rebuilt from scratch.
