Terrible customer service. When you have an in-game issue, they do not even read and address the issue. This is a huge concern for paying players. Ive had a repeat issue for several days (game glitch after update), I have submitted tickets and the responses to my tickets do not even match my issue. The players need to file a class action suit against this corporation to get their attention and make them do better. The reviews all over the web are terrible and similar to mine. They should be ashamed of themselves for not addressing concerns of players, we are why they have a business.Review from Gregory G

Envoy is just a cash cow. They have so many glitches in there game and you pay money and they never fix them. So they scam people out of money and give empty promises. They basically have no customer service and they should be under investigation for fraud and taking people's money and not fixing the problems in the game.Review from Charlotte N

Evony is a ripoff. They have the power to cut you off on a whim. Their customer support is a joke. In a months time, my account mysteriously disappeared. I got lucky on getting the first one back in 2 days and intack. This time it's been 5 days, loss of 400mil power. ***** doesn't seem to care. I've reached out to them over and over but no results. They need to compensate me for time and money spent for nothing. RIPOFF!!!Review from Mark S

Evony is horrible Top Games has no response to the many issues that arise from a poorly maintained platform. If they spent half the time they use to try and get more money out of you fixing their existing platform maybe things wouldn't be so bad.Review from Matt H

Worst customer service ever. Lag is so bad for our server and evony blames it's customers. Refuse to reimburse for their glitches and if they do its like 1% of what you lost. Their packages are no better than gambling and should be illegal. The fact this is allowed to go on as the scam people is unacceptable. People stay away from this game. This company is reprehensible. They post competition rules but don't abide by them and won't compensate fairly for their glitches. That is the least of thier issues. They have a clear terms of service policy against harrasment and an E10+ rating.I was harassed nonstop for 18 months. I've filed dozens of complaints and traded hunderds of emails with the company support. Top Games does nothing about it.The harassing player makes multiple accounts to constantly insult me and my family all day every day. Literally posts for 3 or 4 hours every day.I enjoyed the game and spent thousands of dollars on it, but this company does not protect its consumers. eventually I had to quit to escape.I think Top Games actually likes this behavior thinking consumers will pay for upgrades to fight eachother in game.Online bullying is a real issue among children. The age rating should be 18+ as they do not exert any control of the abusive players.Review from Shawnn H

Evony support service is nonexistent so it is easy to say they are the worst. My husband and I both have Evony accounts and just in a matter of days, both of us thought we had a truce, but magically it didnt take and no record of it in our announcements. All our troops were annihilated. Guess what has to happen to get your troops back? MONEY!!!The worst is Evony allows you to play multiple games and if you own an IPad, the only way to link is with *********** and ********* Now you have to have multiple ******** accounts. In addition, when you go to switch, the game randomly picks a ********* Hence, my husband hasnt been able to access one of his games for weeks. They keep marking the ticket closed. We had to start a new game, provide proof we had purchased items, and Id of that game. No response. They told him to be patient. These people need to be put out of business or at least make restitution to folks like my husband who have spent hundreds of dollars and can only watch while others attack his city. Patience isnt required for the customer service people to get back to you. Money is. They are hoping he just gives up and starts a new game and pays thousands for that one again so they can lock him out and start all over again.No one knows who to contact for a formal legal investigation and Top Games knows that. Its a *************** robbing U.S. citizens. Terrible and our only recourse is to write a bad review. First off my advice to anyone that starts playing this game DO NOT SPEND ALOT OF MONEY BUYING PACKAGES!!!!! No matter how much time and money you invest to advance in this game it can all be taken away in an instant. Let me explain I started playing this game around 7 months ago. During that time I have spent thousands of dollars. The only way to seriously advance in this game is to spend money. To protect your main city and subordinate city's you are able to purchase a Truce Agreement. This is a protective bubble that keeps you from being attacked by other players. These truce agreements last anywhere from 8hours to 24hrs to 3 days to 7 days. While playing this game you will notice glitches and the game freezing up from time time. Usually you can close down the app or game and then reopen it and the problem will be fixed. Sometimes you have to do it multiple times to fix the problem. Around the first of this year I was trying to initiate a new truce agreement but the game froze up. During the time that I was trying to fix the problem I was attacked and all of my troops were killed. This can happen in a blink of an eye. After multiple messages back and forth with **************** nothing was done to replace everything I lost. During this past weekend the exact same thing happened again on April 9th. I was trying to initiate a new truce agreement when the game froze up. During the time I was trying to fix the problem I was attacked and all my troops were Annihilated. Once again I contacted **************** there response was this " We will keep optimizing the game. After verification there is no error you mentioned. Thanks" In other words they admitted that there are problems but they won't do anything to replace what I lost. When this latest event happened I had *****hr. *****hr. 2-3day Truce Agreements available to use. Why would I not use a Truce Agreement with so many available? That is what I have been asking **************** but they won't answer the question.Review from Erin P

Customer support takes weeks to get back and always finds your issue "unverified" so they don't have to fix it. They configure the game to require players to pay $100+ a month just to be pseudo-competitive. Their Play store customer response goons always claim that you can play the game for free, but it is impossible to compete with players who have paid anything. There is a very regular glitch where a red WiFi symbol with an exclamation point shows up and cancels out **** seconds of your actions. Furthermore, even if you payed $1000 dollars to upgrade your troops then forgot to "bubble" by even 1 second because you were doing IRL activities, say goodbye to that $1000 you spent because another player who spent $1400 came and wiped you out. Yes, this game expects you to play incessantly or you will lose months worth of activity. There is no way saves to save. We had alliance leaders lose everything because they went to the hospital for 2 weeks. I say this with being a 9mo+ player who has spent ~$2500 on this junk that should be illegal.
