      On May 11, 2024, I purchased from ShopiOsx a ******* Galaxy S23 Ultra ultra, lavender 512gb phone for the amount of $54.48. Since then I have not received the phone or true intention that the phone will be delivered. I have received a *** tracking label, however, when I contacted ***, I was informed that the phone has not been received from them for shipment. I've contacted ShopiOsx regarding the matter and was told that "the matter will be escalated to shipping department." The shipping date also keeps getting pushed up many times. I would like ShopiOsx to either send me my phone or refund me what I paid.

      Ordered 2 items on the 15th of January 2024. Never got items. Only got a partial refund of ***** and they have ceased to respond to me. I'm still owed $128! I want a full refund and not various excuses. i'm hoping this isn't a scam, but I'm 99% sure it is. I would like a full refund.

      On Sep 12 I ordered iphone 14 pro *** from shopiOXs.com for $312.48, and after following a link in the order confirmation email, I paid $312.48 to ***************************** through gosq.com, then I got another email to confirm that the order is processed, and the package is being prepared. I also got a *** tracking number. Then on Sept 14, I checked the status using the *** tracking number, and it stays at label created, so I sent an email asking when they will ship it, and got an response saying they will process it the next day also. I received more emails on shipping status update from ShopiOSx next few days, but the *** tracking number always shows "Label created". Then suddenly on Sept 23, I got an email from ShopiOSx with a **** tracking number for shipping status, and when I check the status with this **** number, it says the package is delivered to a parcel lock at ****************, ** *****. My address is **********!. So I sent an email to ask what's happening, and they promise to reship the package to the correct address. Then it starts again with a *** tracking number and stays at "Label created" for a couple days, then when I ask by email about the status and warn them to report this as fraud, I got an email on Oct 5 saying my order was refunded, but I have not received any refund from ShopiOSx. So till today 10/10/2023, no phone, no response and no refund.

      Here is the email response regarding the refund, "Upon reviewing our records, we can confirm that a refund was processed on 10/6 as per our system. However, please note that refunds typically take **** business days to reflect on the customer's original payment method.".
      However, I called my credit card company yesterday (Oct 24), they said they did not receive any refund credit from the seller, and my online credit card account did not show that either.

      Delayed order processing. Lack of communication and lack of honest responses.Phone order with ***** next day. here it is 3 weeks later and still nothing has been shipped. A ***** label has been printed twice but never handed over. I was told it would be handed over on 8/7/2023 and as of 8/8/2023 it still has not. They will not respond to any inquiries in a timely manner and i advised then i wanted a call and that has been over a week.I cannot reccommend this company to anyone.

      If I could rate this a zero star, I would. For now two weeks Ive been given the run around about two orders. The first one was on its way for three days straight. My driver was assigned every time and I even had an estimated drop off time. They went as far to have their agent give me a phone number!! Who never answered. I then asked for a refund and never received it. Now lets talk about the order that was finally sent out first via *** and a label was created but never picked up, then via ***** which then was delivered to a different address. I was sent an email asking if I wanted it resent out or refunded still no response after I answered! The sad thing is they were responsive and able to connect me at first to someone now we have a third party answering service. I would like my refund for both orders, today not in 2-4 business days that was up awhile ago. -very disgruntled customer #iosxmclle #iosxjztie Nothing has come out of it but headache, stress, wasted time, and loss of money.       This my first time ordering from Shopiosx and my order number: iOSxLE1MB. I placed an order with them on July 9, 2023 and i didnt received my phone on 7/22/23. They tracking number the give me for ****** ************ to track. They reshipped my package on July 24, 2023 using **** tracking number: ********************** to track but i cant track it. My package is to suppose to by arriving 7/28/23 but i have doubt that i wont receive it tomorrow. They didnt update my tracking so i contacted them. They will response something but sometimes they wont. It is hard to get in touch with them. I wrote them a letter and sent it thru the mail. They amount i paid is $135.00 with a 200off coupon. I just wanna them to provide me with a real tracking number so i can track it. I still wanna my package but they are giving my problems on my first order. I know they are having delay but it is 3 weeks since i havent received my package.

      I placed an order back in 2022 that I then had to cancel and re-order for more money because apparently the company doesn't give refund after one year. I still haven't received the product and it's over a year later. You can't get ahold of anybody on email or the phone number listed. The chatbot has stopped responding to my messages all together. The item now is listed as being shipped but the tracking number associated with it is for a different product that went to an entirely different state. Order #iOSxDT7HB

      I have not received ANYTHING and I CANNOT track my package with the tracking numbers given to me. This is literally why I didnt want to make the payment. So far this has not been a good or transparent experience.I have received fake tracking numbers on 3 separate occasions. I am highly disappointed.I have sent lots of emails, I tried to call every day for almost 2 weeks. I have to tried to chat. I posted on their social media. Nothing has changed.

      I just received another tracking number this evening that doesnt work. And I didnt pay because the original tracking number I received didnt work.  I am honestly at a loss at what to do. They sent me a different one earlier today with no delivery date. What am I supposed to believe?

      I am rejecting this response because: this was today. It has not moved since yesterday. All they do is create labels and not send items. This is bad business. This is EXACTLY why I did not submit payment the first time. They created a label and then nothing. They have in fact created several labels. You wanted me to pay you but will not send me tracking info that WORKS. By the time my next payment was due, I should have ALREADY received my items.  They have never moved. And still havent. Weeks later on a 2 day delivery.  This is bad business no matter what you say.

      I placed an order on shopiosx of 2 iphones on June 26th 2023, we are on july 12 and no sign of that order. Its been a hassle with this company and at this point im done. I have received over ten dfferent tracking numbers, countless emails stating they would fix the issue but never did. I recently got a tracking from *** that was supposed to arrive today (July 11th), i noticed something was funny when the tracking number showed reschedule delivery requested. How is that possible, i cant do that. I get an email from *** cause i signed up for notifications on this tracking thinking it was mine, the *** email stated carbon neutral shipment status changed, showed up a different address, wasnt my address so maybe they gave me the wrong tracking number or i was scammed. Called ***, that most def wasnt mines, i told the representative my name and address and guest what, neither of them was connected to that tracking number. This company is bad for business and is out to get your money, customer service has to be bots, i don't know how they are getting good reviews on trustpilot but nope. Stay away

      Yeah you guys may have replied to my emails and honestly it has gone nowhere. My delivery date was supposed to be June ***** according to your website. I would have been fine if you did a better job at getting me the product i paid for. You guys informed over 5 emails July10 will be the day I receive my items, instead i wake up and see its being shipped to another address that isnt mine. You guys cant even show proof of if my name and address is on that *** shipping lol. Now the delivery date shows July 20th in the screenshot. Im done with this company, im not looking for no replacement. I want a refund.
