I joined Commaful.com, a writing website, a few months ago, as I write short fiction, and have done for decades. But I soon noticed that this site was very, very cliquey. Users would only support their buddies, and people like me would be ignored, essentially. I also noticed that the quality of writing on the site was appalling, more like ******* than any writing website. And I eventually took issue with it. People just had no pride whatsoever in what they published. I found it an affront to real writers. So I started making comments here and there - nothing brutal, nothing abusive, just comments. Including recently publishing something about taking pride in what you post, rather than just throwing anything on there without even proof reading it. And that made me the enemy of the Commaful community, a group of mostly twenty somethings who cannot write, and use Commaful as a social gathering, and treat it like *******. They are also ageist. So the other day, one of these regulars, who has ***** followers, decided to publish a piece that she titled "DHARDEN" - my name. She singled me out. And she was accusing me of "spreading hate," and she used her position, her followers, to turn even more people against me, and to publically humiliate and shame me, and to even encourage others to gang bully me. Her post was not removed by admin in spite of the fact it was in violation of the site's rules of conduct. What did admin do? They emailed me to tell me that while they agreed that what this person did was wrong, and an infraction, they did not remove the post, and instead, they permanently banned me. The post remains on the site as I type, continuing to gain more and more likes and nasty comments about me, when I never did anything to deserve this level of humiliation. I have used the internet for decades, and I've been writing short fiction for decades - before many of these users were even born, and I feel that I was grossly singled out and it has damaged me.

Some consumers may elect to not publish the details of their complaints, some complaints may not meet BBB's standards for publication, or BBB may display a portion of complaints when a high volume is received for a particular business.
