I am attaching a PDF from the substack.com webpage that indicates that you back Substack; Substack does not list any details that can be accessed. Substack instructed me to start a Stripe account but gave me no instructions whatsoever. The next thing I knew, I received an email telling me that my account would be closed, an account of which I had no knowledge except a login. I received another email today telling me to set up my Stripe account, but when I tried to log in, I received the second PDF that I am attaching that shows that it could not display a page and some writing up above again talked about possibly closing an account that has never been made active. In short, I have been led down a blind alley and have no way of progressing without getting outside assistance. I would not be complaining about you as you are not to blame, but Substack needs to make contact information available if technical issues arise, which they have now. I apologize, but I need help and yours is the only name of any entity connected with Substack that can render any assistance. Please use your influence to get them to take positive action!
