Still don't have my lift, they said 3 more weeks then 4 weeks go by and still nothing. Tried calling the guy answering the phone says they'll call back with an update but never does, even tried lying after I called the second day and said they called me back. Now the 3rd day in a row I try calling they are forwarding my calls. I paid 6k$ for the lift so stop playing games. Also someone there is using the card numbers because I paid for the lift with a brand new card never used before and still to this day hasn't been used for anything other than paying for the lift kit and I keep getting weird charges like Spotify and stuff. At this point seems like I'm getting scammed. If I don't have my lift within 2 weeks I'll be filing a chargeback and making a trip down there myself to take care of this situation. Update. Tried calling again from a different number and the guy from Bangladesh answered, how funny. But still have some bullshit saying they called and left a voicemail and couldn't get a hold of me, which is a complete lie. Still said they'll call back again today but I doubt that, at this point I believe it's just a scamBusiness response

Hello *******,Let me know if you would like a refund on your kit, this will be no problem at all. You ordered your kit on 5/6/22 and I quoted you 10-12 weeks lead time to build the kit. As of right now we are on track to be 2 weeks early then quoted time as we are just 9 weeks in this coming Monday. Even on 6/15/22 I told you we are way ahead of schedule and we are probably looking at about 4 weeks, this was just a estimate. You called a couple times and I returned your call and as well left a message on 6/14/22 at roughly 2:45 and if you listen to your messages I will be on there and do not appreciate you calling me a liar. You called again today and I returned your call right away and let you know that it would be for sure by the end of next week which puts us on time and 2 weeks earlier then the average time the kits have been shipping out of the 12 week mark. Never have I had a complaint being early with a kit as you have. If you would like to move forward still with the purchase of your kit I will need you to sign a credit card authorization form and remove the bullshit complaint with the BBB. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. It turns out it was a misunderstanding. He was actually attempting to call me but was dialing the wrong number. I should have given it more time before filing this complaint.Initial Complaint

I ordered a 10/12 in lift from bulletproof who took over 3 months to ship it to the dealer that is installing it for me. Upon arrival and installation of said lift on my truck it is missing the upper control arm heim joints. ****** tire has send multiple emails and made several phone calls about missing parts. They will not return emails. I personally have called and was told it was my problem and they would not do anything about it. Then the guy hung up on me. I called back 5 more times to only be hung up on. I spent over 5000 on this lift and now my truck is just sitting at the shop and I am having to pay for a rental. I want the parts I paid for. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with very unprofessional unethical and thievesBusiness response

This message is for *******. We do not have a order from you directly, if referring to Espino's Tires in San Antonio we shipped out this kit complete on 3/1/2022. I Have been unavailable Yesterday and today 4/25 & 4/26 and we are using a answering service to cover these two days. I can contact Espino's Tires tomorrow on 4/27 or Espino's can give us a call tomorrow as well.Customer response

I ordered a 6-8 inch lift from bulletproof suspension earlier this year. It was delayed several times. When it was delivered it was about 6 weeks late, from the time it was promised. Pieces were missing. Since the time I paid it is very difficult to get ahold of bulletproof. I have been going back and forth on many issues. Finally I got all the parts to start installing the lift and I found that nothing is fitting correctly. The traction bars are for a different truck. The cradle places the front differential into the pitman arm. Making it impossible to turn. The lower control arm mounts are at least half an inch to close together. The brackets for the upper control arms do not line up with the cradle. There is much more wrong. The powder coating is poorly done, alot of bare metal. Today,September 13 2021, I been trying to call bulletproof, no answer. Started at 11:30 am central time, last attempt wS 4:20pm. A total of 10 tries. I been dealing with *****.
