I had an estimate for a car accident done in February and my insurance approved it and paid rich's auto body in the amount of approximately $4000 I was supposed to have my parts come in a week later and I have yet to get any answer or repairs done to my car. I don't want to get any service from them anymore I would like the money refunded to me so that way I can go have the repairs done elsewhere. At this point I am going to be getting my lawyer involvedInitial Complaint

My car went to them by my insurance. they had my car for about 3 months. When I gotten my car back from them it was no longer working and they wouldn't do anything about it. Basically I did get no help from them at all... I need help because I'm still paying a loan on my car and they messed it upBusiness response

To whom it may concern,
Mr. ********* vehicle was at our shop for collision damage. The repairs were completed, the vehicle was test driven, and our final post scan showed all codes were clear and no issues detected. Mr. ******* called to say the car was overheating while driving to Las Vegas. He was advised to get to the nearest mechanic shop and have them check the car. He called a week later and said the car was now inoperable. We picked up the vehicle from him for the mechanic to inspect it, and they determined the transmission needed to be replaced. We contacted the insurance that paid for the initial repairs, and they determined the transmission issue wasn't accident related. Mr. ******* was negligent and continued to drive the car for more than 2500 miles knowing there was an issue.
