I ordered 2 bagels a crescent roll and a side of cream cheese. The cashier refused to get my order immediately and made me wait 30 minutes before giving me the order. They did not apologize or try to compensate me for this terrible service.Business response

To whom it mat concern:
This letter is in reference to complaint Claim #********. We are aware of the incident Mr. ********* is referring to. We were very busy that day, we often give approx. wait time to customers when asked or during phone orders. We have no problem giving him a refund if that will solve the situation. We do however, recommend the customer stay or near the premises while waiting for their food to be prepared so it can be given to them as soon as possible. As for the cashier not getting him food, we avoid cross contamination by the cashier staying at her post and the prep people , preparing the items that are ordered.
