This issue occurred on 7/12/2023. Without prior notice or warning or anything, all of my money in the bank was frozen. I had gone to the store to purchase food that I needed for my kids but my card kept declining even though I had sufficient funds in my bank account. The next day 7/13/2023 I went to the bank and they said they had in fact froze all my money in my account just because I was past due on a credit card payment. That is fraud because instead of just pulling the amount they needed for my past due balance, they instead froze ALL OF MY MONEY WITHOUT NOTICE. I want to report this issue and I want to make sure this never happens again and that the bank is responsible for their unlawful actions. Thank you.
