Please be aware of this place and do not take your family here!I booked a stay here. I was from out of state. Arrived at 10 PM and met by the front desk, lady. She informed me she needed to check on my room and disappeared for 20 minutes. When she came back, she informed me that my room was not available that I booked. They can offer me another room that wouldnt accommodate my family, but that also was not ready and would take another 30 minutes. While I was waiting in the lobby, the other guest told me not to stay here as he found bugs in his room. He showed me multiple pictures of the disgusting room with bugs. At this point, I was glad they didnt have a room available for us. I just wanted a refund, but they wouldnt give it to me. I cant believe this place is still in business. The lobby was filthy. There was a bunch of sketchy people in the parking lot and coming in and out of the lobby. My wife and family were waiting for me 45 minutes in the car and was scared to even get out. When I went to the other hotel across the street, they were surprised that it was even still open. I cant stress enough how bad this place is and thank God my room was not available, Even if it cost me.
