Worst experience. I am beyond words describing the poor customer service , the horrible vehicle service and the lack of integrity this company has. I brought my *** **** in for service in ******** 2024 , Ive been dealing with the Service manager *************************. Since day one this manager has been vaige, uncertain , and dishonest with information and a lack of updates . He has been the epitome of poor custormer service. I am constantantly leaving voice mails with no return calls. I surprisingly got an answer by *****, who only put me on hold and had a receptionist take a message. I then asked for his manager, who ***** answered and responded with "***** is with another customer and would return my call in twenty minutes". I never received a call back. The management team has a lack of compassion and very poor custormer service. Four months later my vehicle is yet to be returned to me in working order. To make matters worse they have my vehicle parked out in their yard with my windows down. You can see the dust has accumilated on the dash along with cat paw prints. I am exreamly frustrated and dissapointed in this company. I have reached out to *** corprate . I have pictures of the negligence , I have documantation of their dishonesty and i have phone records of the numerouse attemted calls. I have been more than patient with this service department and with *** corprate. I have been paying my payments and insurance for a vehicle that has been sitting in a outside lot, windows open, being destroyed. I have asked for a loaner and have been denyed, ive been told i can get a rental and submit the invoice once i get my vehicle back. However no guarantee . I have yet to see the out come of this horrible experience. Ive got hopes that *** *********** will make this right. As for our Merced Kia ******************** I feel this company should be audited , inspected and looked at with a magnifying glass. Sincerely ***************************
