      In October of 2020, ****** ******* ******* ******** , owner of Felgenwerks, USA accepted a $699 pre-payment via PayPal for a set of wheels with an expected ship date of December, 2020. Beween the time I paid him/LOZ Motorsports/Felgenwerks, the expected ship date kept getting pushed "due to COVID". On March 28, 2022 I requested a refund via email, telephone and Facebook Messager, but received no response. I expect a full refund as promised because the business failed to deliver.

      I have issued a refund to the customer giving him options and stating that the 6 containers will be shipping out next week and arriving 35 to 45 to the port of Oakland.  After the containers are released we will be shipping out all the orders.  We have around 100+ customers waiting and being understanding about the delays.  Happy the wheels are going to arrive very soon.  There are just customers that are inpatient and very rude like Mr. ***.  I also sent him a free set of wheels that he refused the shipment shipment because he wants a refund.  After he refused the wheels I sent him his refund with the restocking fee cancelation stated on my website.  I will be attaching the wheels that we shipped for free and still I do not know if he kept the wheels.  Sent something else in return.  We strive in customer satisfaction but we cannot make everyone happy especially when you give them a free set of wheels and that he would get his original order he placed.  He was complaining about not having any wheels.  I said don't worry about it.  I will send you a free set of wheels.  Ship the other set when the wheels arrived.  

      Attached will be the refund and return of the free wheels.

      My name is **** *********. Order #16799. On 9/28/2021 I placed an order with felgenworks for a set of wheels for $800. On the site it said they were taking pre-orders, after my order was submitted I immediately emailed them because they didnt give a time estimate. I received no reply for 2 weeks. Finally I emailed them enough they responded telling me to call **** at ###-###-####. We spoke and during our conversation I told him I'd like to cancel my order and reorder when they had the wheels in stock since they had to be made. He assured me to keep the order because I would receive my order no later than the end of November or early December. He said they were having difficulties due to the lack of shipping containers. It is now April and I have heard nothing. They don't respond on the messages I've left on Instagram/facebook, voicemails or emails. Trying to cancel this order is basically imposible since no one will speak to me. On their Instagram account they do post how they are hoping to get their customers wheels out by certain dates but ultimately they keep pushing it back again due to "lack of shipping containers" How can they take customers money/payments without ever giving them the product. Many people are having the same issue with this company including me. At this point I only want a full refund and to cancel my order. They say on their site cancelation of orders results in a %50 restocking fee but how can they charge a fee for a product they have never shipped or made? Dosent make sense. I will keep filing complaints on all platsforms until I get my full refund. I suggest all people not to buy from this seller and save yourself the headache.

      I had sent it to ****** the information & for any preorders cancellations are posted in our website.  Have him 3 options:
      Choose another set of wheels equal or grayer value.
      Choose to do forged 3pc wheels made in the USA pay the difference.
      We can refund him but with our restocking fee preorder policy.

      Many options where given but he decided for a refund.  I just text him saying:
      "Hello mark! We have confirmation of the wheels being shipped out next week after that it will be about 35 to 45 days to arrive to the port and about 1 or 2 weeks after that to ship out.  If you still want the wheels we can ship them out and you may pay back the refund.  Please let's us know"

      We are trying to work with the customers!

       I am rejecting this response because:
      I said from the beginning the only action I would accept would be a "full refund". I reached out for months trying  to get in contact with felgenwerks usa about my order by phone, social media and their website. No one gave me the time of day, the only reason anything happened was because I filed a complaint with the BBB like several other people have done. Felgenwerks only issued me a 50% refund due to a "restocking fee". But there are no items to be restocked. I never received anything to send back to them to be restocked. They don't currently have the items I paid for.  I received a text saying if I return my refund I will receive the wheels in 2-3 months but I have already waited 7 months for an item I was guaranteed to receive in November of last year. Flegenwerks USA basically stole my money and I simply would like it back in full. Again that's the only course of action I will accept and if not this case can stay open for years so other consumers will think twice or be discouraged from buying their products.

      I placed an order for a set of wheels in the Felgen Werks USA website on November 2, 2021. The total cost was $819.00, with shipping most likely included in that price. At the time, the product description claimed that shipping would be delayed until late November due to "lack of shipping containers", but the delay kept getting pushed back every week. I was hoping to receive them by Christmas, but I got tired of waiting, so I wanted a refund. I tried contacting them multiple times through their listed phone and email on their website and never got any responses. In late December, I discovered they had social media accounts, so I sent a message on Facebook requesting a refund. They promptly replied, but in a dismissive manner, saying they would be available on January 3. I waited for longer than that and asked for an update, and they told me they would contact me, but I never received another message, email, or phone call. I browsed through their Facebook timeline, and it seems they have all the time and money to advertise and pay off most of their reviewers, but they can't even solve a logistics issue or offer decent customer service. My patience is beyond depleted, so I gave them a piece of my mind and tried to warn others about my experience on their review page, which is where I discover that I'm not the only one being treated like this. The attached files will speak for themselves. Yes, those addresses are correct. Apparently they operate out of two furniture stores. So much for a company that sells "boutique" car wheels, they should stick to selling tacky floral-patterned couches to gullible abuelas. I just want my money back.

      11/12th 2021 ordered a set of wheels for $799 as a pre order. On 11/29th tried contacting the company to cancel due to car accident eliminated the need for the wheels. At the time, website indicated full refund if order hadn't shipped yet. ( I attached the first information that is found when you google "Felgenwerks refunds" . ) On order, they said they would be delivered in Jan/Feb. They didn't respond to any messages left until 1/5th when I sent an email saying I would file a complaint. their responses have been that the shipments are further delayed to end of March ( at this point) and if we cancel, there would be a 50% restocking fee ( which is now their policy). I refuse to take a 50% hit due to their revised policy. I told them to deliver the wheels when they come in if they won't refund the entire amount and I will file a complaint with the BBB. I would rather take delivery and resell them to recoup some of my money. They collected full payment upfront. They are willing to cancel the order BUT only refund 50% which is unacceptable to me. I want a FULL REFUND or I want the wheels which I will have to resell.

      My husband purchased wheels from this vendor as they seemed reputable. We have waited since late last year for the product to arrive. We have been given the run around completely by this company. They make it nearly impossible to reach anyone on this matter. I've sent them emails and given plenty of time for them to respond. I was told to message them with all the pertinent information for a refund. They left me on read until I asked publicly. When I was in direct contact they refused a refund at first then told us January 10th. I do not trust this company to do the right thing, after I told them that January was unacceptable they stopped responding once again. And removed all communication with me that was public on their Instagram.

       I am rejecting this response because:

      I would like a FULL refund please not half. As one can see from what the company attached the refund is roughly half of the paid price of the original $600 spent. If we can get a full refund I will be happy to close this complaint.

      12 july 2020 is when i bought some wheels (it came out of my bank on the 14th) i paid $1018.0 ( $1470.88 AUD) the reasons this complaint is old is they kept telling me the wheels manufacturing has been delayed etc etc, another reason is theres lots of complaints about this “business” i think its pretty obvious its just one big scam i dont know why it hasnt beet shut down yet and the owners thrown in jail anyways id Like a “billing adjustment” of $1470.88 AUD or they can “exchange” the wheels for twice what i paid for them as thats what they deserve from the distress (why dont you guys have a refund option)? hope you can help thanks

       I am rejecting this response because: Not satisfied there only paying me half back i want the wheels or i want 100% of the money there just scammers saying they dont refund shipping but its a legal loop hole, ive heard about this on google they never shipped anything so they get to keep the “shipping” money (they were never going to ship anything) but refund the purchase price and they think they can get away with it
