Ordered June 11. Reached out due to no shippment/tracking and got a single response, that what i order was no longer in stock. (2nd time this happened.) Emailed back wanting a replacement or refund, now nothing. Never got reply. Asked the payment processor WintoPay, for refund, now they need to hear from the seller. All the while, theyve only ever responded to my issue once this entire time. I've been trying to contact for 10 days, almost daily. I would really like my refund, asap.Initial Complaint

Hello I bought from this company called puffing bird I bought my girlfriend a gift from there on Jan 3rd for a total of $89.26 they charged me when it was only supposed to be $85.99 and then week later of me trying to get a hold of them for a tracking number they finally replied saying the item that I bought is no longer in stock but on there website it still says available so I asked them for that item they said no pick a different one or have a refund so I choose the refund and then they said ok it will be 15 days and you will be refunded $85.99 which I was charged $89.26 it isnt fair it was supposed to be a gift and now she has to wait another 4-6 weeks just to get a gift I just dont see how that fair and they wont give me all the money I sent them there robbing me of $3.37 I know its not a lot but its the principal of the matters Im done with this company I do think there a scam I just want my money at the end of the day so I can get her a gift finally thank you guys for understanding have a great dayCustomer response

Hi I just wanted to let you guys know that puffing bird did finally get me a refund and it was for all of it thank you guys for the help

I bought some products from this company I will upload my receipt for the product it arrived broken and I also said I ordered the wrong size and asked if I could get a new one because it was broken but in the smaller size they never responded to me except to ask for a picture of the broken item which I sent but repeatedly asked if I could get the smaller one and I also had something I wanted to return because it was the wrong size they asked for a picture and never responded again so yesterday I got a package in the mail from them and it was the same item but broken again I am convinced they are just sending me broken items on purpose because I complained to them multiple times and now I have asked for a refund multiple times with no response from them I also uploaded the pictures of the broken items also just so you know the best way to contact me is by email
