    - On Sunday, August 28th, 2022 at 11:30 AM I took my car to Quick Quack Car Wash at ************************************************************. Phone number: *************.- At approximately 11:40 AM drove through the right lane of the carwash. One attendant was managing both lanes instead of two. Before I went on the track the attendant guided me and instructed me to put my car in neutral.- After the car wash, went to the **** gas station to fuel up and noticed the heavy scratch and dent to the rear driver-side quarter panel and bumper area.- Immediately went back to the car wash to speak with someone regarding the incident.- I met with manager *********************** ************** who had me fill out an incident report with my information and details of the damage.- I explained to him I always use the right side wash lane with my unlimited membership because the left side has routinely hit and turned my mirrors inward or outwards. He explained they know about that issue and have been working to fix it.- He said he would be in contact with me to look at the video and facilitate repairs to the vehicle utilizing the **************************** He took photos as well of my vehicle.- After emailing me that he was going to process the claim after he got his regional manager's approval, he emailed me denying my claim. (Email below). Stating that my vehicle had the damage before going into the car wash. I asked him to show me the video and since then he has avoided my calls and emails. I am going to attempt to go there in person again this upcoming Friday 9-9 to see if they will produce this evidence.- If they prove with evidence it was not done at their Car Wash, the only other way this could have happened would have been via a hit and run, but I would have noticed this much damage before getting into my vehicle.-They are not taking responsibility and being evasive to the damage they caused my vehicle. Please help.

    I have a monthly membership to this Quick Quack and have been a regular customer for the past 18 months. I recently noticed damage from the car wash (immediately after exiting the vehicle - I saw the damage and sent photos to them). I filed an incident reprot and here is the reply from a company rep **************************** *****, After careful review Quick Quack is unable to approve your claim. The reason for this is video was viewed and the damage claimed is not consistent with our wraps or equipment. All Equipment was checked to be in proper working order, without failure. The correct amount of friction was made on your vehicle as well as all vehicles before and after. On this day we have serviced over 900 vehicles with no similar incidents. Video was reviewed on several cameras and multiple angles for the claimed damage. This video will be saved for 4 months. Video can only be provided to insurance once they contact Quick Quack to do so. Store leaders are not authorized to provide Video to anyone other than the insurance company. This footage must be acquired through proper channels with Insurance contacting Quick Quacks incident department. Your insurance will know what to do in obtaining this footage. Upon your insurance's request we will send video along with our denial. I have photos that I can provide to show the damage - when I went through the car wash- my drivers side mirror was brushed backwards - which is not a typical occurrence - when I exited the vehicle I immediately noted swirl scratches to my drivers side door and window trim.
