On October 5th 2023, I Join the membership Free 30 days of Unlimited ************** + Added Bonus Pack at VENNU STUDIO. It will provide me 1 month free unlimited class, and discounted 6 months Pass for $570. And said that I could cancel the membership in 10 days if I dont like it. I paid by ***** to her account. I started my class the next day 10/06/2023 till 10/14/2023 , on Oct. 14th, I let her know I wanted to cancel the membership. She said ok, and she will look into it in a few days and issue me the refund. I texted and ask about the refund on 10/18/23, respond that shes out sick, I went to the studio on 10/20/2023, she said shes busy, will look at it later. On 10/23/2023, she texted me that unable to refund by *****, need me to added credit card to my profile, and will deduct $29.99 for classes I took ( its UNLIMITED CLASSES FOR 30 DAYS $29.9 ). Which is different from what she said before. And I added my card to the profile on 10/23/2023. She said will take **** business days. 9 days passed, she said that not sure whats the delay. On their website, there a few thing listed: Electrostatic sprayers disinfect before and after every class. Antibacterial flooring in our practice room. We distance the mat spots to make it safe for everyone. but I found that the floor is dusty, and the restroom as well. the rooms are too small not giving much distance in between mat spots. the weights are sticky.( by sweat)I have the receipt and text messages on my phone. I request to have my full refund.
