I purchased a new phone on 5/10/2022 and I mistakenly requested wrong model number. The store had only one associate behind the counter with many customers. After waiting in line for a long time I was feeling rushed to make a choice on a new phone. I was charged $700 which includes a new phone and new sim card. The store manager was impolite and very impatient with me. No receipt was provided to me. I was required to provide my old phone to them so the associates can permanently deactivate service to my current sim card, and activate a new sim card. Within 2 hours I realized I made the mistake of asking for the wrong phone model number. One important product feature was missing on the model sold to me which I needed. The store manager refused to help me or process any return. I returned to the store every day and the manager became increasingly hostile with me simply asking for help. I was not given any helpful advice and I requested the manager to contact me at a later time. I left my new device for return in the store on security camera. Now the store owners will not contact me or return my phone to me. When reading the store policy regarding returns, the fine print is incredibly misleading. "All returns are accepted" = false advertising. I am missing $700

Went into the store to buy *********** a phone, and right away the lady working was very rude and acted like I was inconveniencing her. I was the only customer in the store. I was asking about the prices of the phones and going through which ones they have in stock, since I was needing to replace my ********** phone. During this whole time she was extremely rude and short with me, and then when I picked out a phone that was $69.99, she told me it was $300. I asked why it was so much, and she said it was for $69.99 for the phone, $17 for a new SIM card, and $23 for an activation fee. Then she also added on that the cheapest plan she has is 50 dollars. One, I told her that all of that doesn't add up to $300, and, too, I don't need a new plan I just need to replace a phone that I already have a plan for. Again she was really short with me and said that's the best I can do. So I started looking at other phones, and she kept giving me the same response and tacking on about $200 more than what it actually was. I confirmed with her that I was due for an upgrade and that I should be getting the upgrade pricing, and I kept asking her why are the prices so different than what's advertised compared to what she's giving me. She said that her manager is lazy and hasn't updated the pricing being shown the customers. I asked her how am I supposed to know the price of a phone, and she just kept shrugging her shoulders as she'd been doing the whole time, and telling me that's the best she can do. I ask to speak to her manager, and she told me the manager wasn't there and not working today. I asked her when will the manager be in, and she told me she can't give me that information. So I asked her for the manager's name, and again she told me that she can't give me that information. So I asked her for her name and she said I don't have to give you that information either. She then kicked me out of the store. Unacceptable customer service
