      Creative lab Creative SXFI THEATER headset purchased for $199.99 Device found to be incompatible with intended device.       I bought a creative Play 4 from Amazon directly from creative labs. It disconnects even without an extension cable. This device was sold defective and I asked if they can send me a replacement first they said they can't do that. I also can't reach anyone in the phone in america. I either need my money back, a better newer different model replacement sent, or a better device sent to me at no charge. I've never seen a device that can't work with or without an extension cable and doesn't come with a removable cable or longer cable. I plugged it directly in back of the computer and they were trying to blame my computer but yet nothing else is having this issue in my computer. This is the only device in my system that is constantly disconnecting. I don't understand why they can't send me a better newer model replacement first and I send this one back. I don't understand why they don't have support in america. I know the name is supposed to be really good but the customer service does not match the name and the product is defective sold as new on amazon and it says it comes from creative labs so I know it's directly from them.

      I purchased a sound bar set for my parents last year December and they have had nothing but problems with. So after trying for months tying to hook it up different ways with no avail, my mother doesn't want it anymore. All I want is an exchange with something else(a speaker system) that'll pretty much be the same price as the sound bar. But this company only ******* around never following through with their emails, so-call talking to their management team about the exchange and soon the warranty will run out which I tend to suspect their doing on purpose to not have to send me a replacement. I'm tired of their stalling!! It's been over 2 weeks going back and forth with this company and nothing gets done!!

      Hi,I purchased Headphones and they were received defective upon arrival. The Headphones were model number SXF1 Trio. The order number is as follows: *************. Telephone number of the company is as follows: **************. I have been going back and forth with this company with no resolve as of current date. It is becoming extremely frustrating as all I want is a refund or a replacement that is it. The Headphones came with one ear broken upon removal from the packaging. The Headphones were paid for and received defective right from removal of the packaging. I would be extremely appreciative if the company would resolve this matter for me so that I could begin 2 enjoy my purchase. Thank you

      Extremely poor customer service, confusing RMA process, charging me for shipping when it clearly says on their website that I would be reimbursed. Nothing in email said that I would be responsible for the costs of shipping. I'd like to preface this by saying in all my experience in sending defective products back to the manufacturer, I have never been so inconvenienced. It is typical practice to send a working unit to the customer with pre-paid package slip and request that the customer return the defective unit in this package. I purchased a speaker unit sometime in November. It failed quickly; sometime between December and March the subwoofer of the speaker stopped working. May 22nd, Opened a request for RMA. See PDF printout of FAQ page, which indicates that defective products shipping will be reimbursed. May 23rd, RMA Approved by Creative. See email, no indication that I would need to bear the cost of shipping. They recommended the expensive tracking method of shipment. June 3rd, Shipped defective unit. June 8th, defective unit delivered. June 21st, Never received any email indicating they had received the product or that it would be replaced. Spoke with a chat agent to resolve the issue of not receiving a product. I had to provided proof of delivery to them! Indicated I would like to be reimbursed for shipping which required strange box shapes and tracking at cost. This is the first time it was brought to my attention I would be responsible for the cost of shipping. June 27th, received email that they will ship replacement. They indicated they would pay for half the shipping and not the expensive box. June 28th, requested full shipping refund with chat agent and received no clear indication I would be reimbursed. I am asking for FULL reimbursement of shipping. ******* Shipping + ****** Box + ***** Tax = *******
