    My ebike battery is no longer working and I have only had my bike since June 2023. I can't find anyone to fix it. I have written to Superstrata that sold me the bike and they have not replied. Bafang the maker of the battery tells me to contact who sold me the bike. It is now useless. Too heavy to ride with a built in battery and motor that don't work. What happened to my supposed warranty ? I waited 3 years for this???

    I purchased a Superstrata E bike from Arevo as part of an early adopter program. When I received my bicycle in Oct 2022 I found that my Electric bike battery would not charge at all. It took me 4 months of back and forth with Areveo/Superstrta to finally give up and get it fixed by a local bike repair shop in *** Support from Superstrata/Arevo for this problem was dismal. I typically received one response every week with adhoc suggestions and none of them led to a solution. Often times they would repeat the same suggestion that i had already tried and reported to them as having failed to help. After 4 months of going back and forth, I finally took my bicycle to a E-Bike store in *************. They traced the issue to be an assembly defect by Arevo/Superstrata. The polarity was reversed at the battery or the charge port. This E-bike shop fixed the problem for $150.00 and also sent me a video showing the assembly defect Areveo/Superstrata failed to take any responsibility for this assembly flaw and refuse to reimburse the $150.00 that I spent to fix their flaw after 4 months of virtually no support I would advise anyone buying an E-Bike to not buy from these guys and instead buy it from a local store where there is full accountability. Chances are there will be no issues and you will be ok. But if you were unlucky like me you will find yourself completely unsupported I have full email chain that I exchanged with Superstrata/Arevo on this issue that spanned 4 months of back and forth. I also have the video and statement of the ****************** shop that finally fixed this problem and the video clearly states the root cause to be am assembly flaw I must say I like the end product very much and enjoy my rides now. But this total disinterest in customer satisfaction by **********************/********************** and the total lack of accountability has left a bad taste
