My husband and i Booked a Room 307 on 2/13/24 at the Rodeway Inn in ******** **********, the staff at the hotels front desk was very rude. we called the front desk to ask for more towels since our room didn't have any. when the man rudely hung up the phone without providing a response. I called a second time to request towels because I thought the phone accidentally hung up but when he answered the phone he stated "No" and then hung up again abruptly. This company did not provide proper customer service care to their customers as advertised yet they were cold and rude. . Secondly, in the morning of check out we called the front desk to ask for a late check out and again the front desk service person said "No" and rudely hung up the phone. we have never been treated so badly by a hotel company and there for i am asking for a full refund.
