      I tried calling the customer service number and left messages on 5 seperate occasions. Their message states they will return your call within 72 hours. I've never received a call back. After further investigation, i completed their form online, detailing my issue. A few days later, I was told that I qualify for a warranty replacement. They needed a bit more info of which I submitted, in order to ship my replacement luggage. After 2 weeks, I sent out another email asking for details of when they would be shipping out the new bag. Zero response from Olivet nearly 1 month later. This is unacceptable and very poor customer service. Can someone please reach out to me for more information.

      How I wish I had seen these BBB complaints prior to my purchase. My experience has been similar. Olivet was quickly revealed as a scam company when I attempted to contact them with a very small warranty claim.I recently purchased a backpack at ******** and the internal charging cable that connects the backpack's external-facing USB port to a charging source is bad. The paperwork says Olivet warrants the bag is free from defects in material and workmanship for 15 years. Their customer-service phone number goes straight to voicemail, and they did not respond to my initial submission of their customer-service web form. When I tried again, I received this response:"Thank you for contacting us. I apologize that you are having issues with your backpack. Unfortunately we don't have any cables available to replace for you. Our best advice would be to contact your store and try to get a cable from their inventory."I let them know this response was unacceptable, and they wrote back: "...our company doesn't have those in stock anymore. That's why we advise you to check online or another store. Sorry for the inconvenience."This is an abysmally bad way for a supposed warranty company to handle a simple warranty claim on a brand-new backpack. Why on earth does this BBB website simultaneously list them with a ********************** of A+ while just below that saying "This business is not BBB accredited"??

      Horrible customer service. Do not stand behind their warranty, luggage is substandard. Dont know how they stay in business. No wonder they bare not bbb accredited. Do NOT buy their products!

      Please read posts left on their ******** page. Here's my post, which was eerily similar to the rest. PLEASE take action against this poor product and even worse company. They avoid customer service complaints.I wish I had read all of your posts before I purchased! Same problem - wheel area cracked badly the 2nd time I used it and have gotten no where with customer service. Bait and Switch. I will be very wary of these "warranties" now - ironically it was what caused me to choose this suitcase over a less expensive one.

      I wish I could leave zero stars. I certainly wish I had checked here before purchasing our Olivet luggage at Kohls. They have no concept of quality control or customer service. We brought our bags home to discover one piece of the five piece set was missing in one set and in the other a bag was missing a foot. After calling, writing emails, messages on their website, and sending photos for two months, I can no longer return the product to the store. I am stuck with what appears to be a very faulty product with an attractive but worthless warranty.

      My mother-in-law purchased a piece of luggage from Walmart in Fort Wright Kentucky. She used it one time. The bag started to rip at the seams. I contacted the number they sent me a form to fill out via email. I filled out the form and attached all requested photos right away. I have called and left multiple messages and I have followed up on my email multiple times. I have had zero response from either phone calls or emails.

      Reached out to them via mail with pictures, invoice from purchase and a letter (as was suggested from ******) regarding broken large suitcase from Gateway 3 piece hardside luggage set to file warranty claim over a month ago and still have had no response. Their customer service is very disappointing. Looks like I will need to purchase a new luggage set. After second use of the set, bolt was broken off and it looked cracked with broken wheel. It made it very difficult to travel home with a broken suitcase.

      DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. I bought this bag from Walmart in Springfield, Massachusetts. Before I even started packing the suitcase, one of the external zippers broke off. The next day as I was packing, the other external zipper pull broke as well. I was under time constraints and unable to go buy a replacement bag, so I loaded up the suitcase (without being able to use the external pockets) and prepared to leave for my trip. As soon as I started wheeling the bag, one of the wheels then broke, making it impossible for the bag to stand upright. The contents of the bag were well within the capacity and weight limits for the bag, as I checked this using a luggage scale before I left for my trip as well as the luggage scale at the airport. These three defects occurred before my bag even went anywhere. The damage occurred just from merely existing--it was a poorly-made bag and was broken before I even packed it or took it anywhere. United Airlines required me to duct tape the bag closed and sign a waiver just to get my things home. I nearly was required to FedEx my belongings home because the bag was in such bad shape. I sent Olivet International all sorts of photos for proof, including a photo of their own warranty, but am now being treated like garbage by customer service, saying that I need to take better photos because they're "blurry." WHY would I need to provide them MORE documentation of THEIR OWN WARRANTY?! Don't they know what their own warranty states? Of course, I threw the bag in the trash as soon as I took my first round of photos of the damage, but now Olivet International says I need to take more photos of a bag that no longer exists--and that even if I magically could, they STILL would not issue a refund. I am now filing a complaint with Walmart to hopefully stop the distribution of this garbage. The only reason they get one star at all is because this form requires it. TOTAL TRASH.

      Since we could not see the defects from the photos the customer sent they were blurry. The customer did not mention in her first email that she threw away her luggage until we ask to take more photos. We have decided to send out a replacement luggage to her. Unfortunately, we do not process refunds.
