We have been distributing Green World Windows for more than 8 years. Great company to deal with sales and customer service. Reasonably good price and good quality compared to other high priced brand name Windows. I own a KB Home in Murrieta and needed a window replaced that my daughter broke. I called and spoke to Rena who was able to figure out what window I needed based on the information I gave her and she scheduled the appointment the same week I called. Octavio came out to replace the glass and he did a great job. He came between the given appointment time and cleaned the window after installing the new glass. I love when I speak to a company with great customer service.Review from Ben R

Outstanding business in the market! Our constructor chose to use all windows and doors from GreenWorld in my new house. Wonderful choice! The customer service ladies are so nice and funny! Everyone in the company are responsible and cares about the customers. I found one small gap between the frame and the glass, so I contacted GreenWorld, and they sent people to my house fast and replaced that window in one week. Great job! Hope this company can maintain the good service and products.Review from Diana N

I was told I was going to get a $150 charge for a no access to home on second visit. I called them today and let them know that I did call them and I did leave a voicemail to reschedule and the second time they were supposed to call me so I can leave work and go be there when they get there and nobody called me. The lady at the office her name is Karla, she said that it’s still my fault because they are not able to listen to their voicemails. I also never got a call from anybody for the second time. She tried to tell me it would've been an anonymous number, so that would've narrowed it down so I checked my call log and did not even have that on my missed calls. Also, when they called me back to reschedule the second appointment, I even let the girl who called me know that I called and left a voicemail to reschedule, and she apologized for that and never told me that they can’t listen to voicemails, and that there would be a fee. It is not my fault that I called and left a message to reshedule and they have some type of system error that they can not listen to voicemails. AVOID THIS BUSINESS IF POSSIBLE!! Our home was built in 2000. In 2021 we decided to replace all the windows. We selected GreenWorldWindows, got a quote, and a week later arrived with the windows and installers. The company was NexGen Windows & Doors Inc. After install we realized the two windows needed to be replaced. Both were frosted which we didn't want, and one was faulty and would not stay up vertically. We contacted the installer, they said they would have to order new windows and would fix as soon as they received the windows. A few weeks later we heard from them that the windows had arrived, but never heard from them again. I cannot contact NexGen nor can I contact the OEM of the windows GreenWorld Windows. Both of the issues are truly warranty issues. I give three starts because the windows are beautiful and work as described. It is contact issue with GreenWorldWindows and their installation team.Review from james k

I think this company is terrible. They lie, they don't return phone calls, they don't return emails. If I could give 0 stars I would. I don't think its the employees. I think the management dictates the terrible customer service. This company, Green World Windows is not accredited by BBB and deservedly so. I have been strung along for many months with no end in sight. The lifetime warranty will not be honored. A bunch of liars!!!Review from Lisa J

We ordered windows for our customer and reported issues/damages (sent all the photos) as soon as we received delivery. Its been over a month now and still impossible to get any clear communication from Customer Service to resolve this issue. Customer Service told us that we needed to get the windows installed in order to get a service tech to come out. When the service tech came out, they said that the problems cannot be fixed with a paint job. I reported that back to CS and they said that they will send out another tech visit. The second visit was scheduled but no one showed up (not even a courtesy call). Its been really difficult to escalate anything and no one really takes initiative or is communicative. I have to constantly call everyday to get updates. We will never be ordering from here again.
