            I have called and sent pictures to the business numerous times and they keep on saying that they are not responsible that they only have a one year warranty when I have the contract signed that they gave me a written warranty that they signed for 25 years warranty on my backyard and 40 years on my back yard I have called and spoke to numerous people and I have send pictures of the yard back in June of 2021 and they came out in 2022 barley and stated that it was our dogs doing which I have proof that we just got the dogs in January of 2022 and July of 2022 and the problem happened way before the dogs were here at my property. I need some help and they are hard to deal with

            Just please really review this company before using them. They probably pay people to post positive things that have not have any actual work nor contracts done with them. So many unethical and immoral things went on. I could go on way beyond this post, unfortunately so many people lie and get away with such things. The company allows their employees to drink alcohol while on the job. I let my contract person know and he never commented anything about it. Also, the company allows their workers to be disrespectful to the he customer by yelling at them. Hey also open accounts without the customers approval to add more work to the ysrd, but it is already supposed to be part of the previous account opened. (Very interesting that they have not been investigated for this) . I was charged for a container that was supposed to be filled for their trash, but never showed, and they used all three of my trash cans for their disposal, but did not put them out to the curb. Some weeks were incredibly heavy.
