Zero stars if possible. Technician TJ is a bold-faced liar. Assigned by AHS, he came to our house to repair furnace. Our furnace has an ambient air issue where it wont come on if it is cold in attic. ** shows up at around 4 PM and the furnace works. I explained issue to him and what the display light was doing on the furnace. One short followed by 4 long lights. This indicates an ignition problem with the furnace. ** leaves since the furnace was operating while he was here and tells AHS that he fixed the furnace. He did not. He went into the attic, came down and talked about everything except the furnace for a half hour. He wouldnt leave. The he told AHS that he fixed the furnace. A lie.The furnace still did not work when it was cold in the attic. We requested a follow up visit and told AHS that the furnace still did not come on when it was cold. ** came out again during the afternoon and of course the furnace worked because the attic was warm. He did not even come into our house and stood on our porch step and told me that he did not know how to fix the furnace and that he would bring in a technician from the manufacturer to help diagnose. Then he left and again told AHS that he fixed the furnace and it was working fine. ANOTHER LIE. He did not even come into our home and did not even try to figure out what was wrong with our furnace. No manufacturer technician was brought in to solve the issue either. LIAR.Absolutely horrible person and terrible customer service. He is happy to take AHS money and leave people without heat in their home. My wife and I are both retired military veterans and have health problems. Apparently, ** does not care that he has lessened our quality of life through his cheating ways.I have contacted AHS and requested another contractor to come help fix our furnace. I had to pay a second time for the service visit. DO NOT USE Pacific Coast AC **** If the repair is not an easy one, he will run away.
