      I genuinely have NEVER had the worst experience ever until I have come to this dealership! They have a long wait time but not only that they make it very hard for me or anyone to purchase at this dealership. I have come to this dealership and you would wonder how many men it would take to look at ONE car, well apparently it takes 3 men. They then had to get another guy to help me purchase a car. The fourth guy who helped me out was this short ************** guy. He does not help AT ALL. He actually wanted to make me leave, and I ended up leaving because of his attitude. If you want to ever purchase a car DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AT THIS DEALERSHIP!!

      Hyundai should be ashamed of themselves. My parents' retired a few years back and decided to continue their loyalty with Hyundai by buying a brand new Sonata Hybrid. After ****** miles, the car engine stopped in the middle of the freeway. After the initial repair at Mission Hills Hyundai, it happened 3 more times in the next 14 months, all on the freeway. Now, my parents do not feel safe driving it anymore, but Hyundai wants over $2000 to repair it a 4th time, Mission Hills Hyundai is trying to say these are all different issues, refusing to admit it's the same issue to avoid the Lemon Law. They take advantage of loyal consumers who just want to drive in a safe car during their retirement years. Hyundai doesn't make safe cars and won't take responsibility. AVOID buying them at ALL costs.

      My daughter went here for her 15k service for her Elantra and was charged $778 for it. I have called other dealerships and the average price they quoted was $300. I've called the service manager with no response. Don't get your service done here!

      STAY AWAY FROM THIS GUYS! I am 71 years old, and have difficulties to speak. Few weeks ago I purchase a car from Keyes Hyundai of Mission Hills, and since I was driving out of the lot, a "Check FCEV System" warning light started popping up in the middle of the dashboard. This car had two recalls for leaks in the fuel system that might create fire and risk of explosion even if it is parked. Fuel is Hydrogen, and this dealer didn't disclosed what they are selling because they are not concern about safety their focus is to sell. STAY AWAY FROM THEM! Even more, when I took back the car to the dealer to fix this problem and the navigation system not working, they send me to the Hyundai dealer in Van Nuys because they don't have technician to work and fix Hydrogen matters. So, are they selling cars that are unable to fix them? Or maybe once the car is sold, they sent to other dealers their problems. When I heard they can't fix it, I asked to cancel the purchase with a promise that I will buy another car from them, but they said "No. Once the car is on the street, they can't take it back". They knew what they are doing and didn't want the car back. What bad practice of these guys in Lithia Hyundai of Mission Hills.
      In addition to these mechanical issues, the financial department is another tricky step. BECAREFUL WHEN YOU SIGN documents. Fraud is evident. The financial person gave me to sign the last page of the Carfax report telling me that it was only a proof that I will receive the report, but didn't let me see pages 1, 3 and 4 where Carfax mentions the open recalls of the vehicle and the hazardous conditions. At the end of signing these documents, I received an USB drive instead of hard copy.
      Page two of the Sale Contract has an OPTIONAL charge for Theft Deterrent Device for $1,445, but never gave me a proof of installation or instructions about it. I have been denied from two lender because don't want to fund the loan on this car. My credit is over 750.

      BOUGHT A CAR XX XX XXXX after having the car for about 1 month received a call and text message that I needed to call the dealer once this was done was advised that the paperwork for the loan was lost and that I needed to come back into the dealership to re sign the paperwork advise that I was going to be getting my own financing for the car. they were ok with this. took about 1 week to have this processed received a text from the general mgr that I needed to bring in the check or they were going to report the car STOLEN!!! advised them they have received the check & provided them with the tracking number from Fed Ex they said that they didn't get the check so long story short I have 2 loans on 1 car have had to get a lawyer and also reached out to the owner of the dealership still trying to get this resolved which is now been going on 3 moths and who know what is happening to me credit STAY AWAY FROM THEM !!! if you want to have 1 car with 2 loans on it.

      Lithia Mission Hills Hyundai. I took my car to this dealership on Saturday September 25, 2021. I was told by the service writer that I needed to approve an estimate of $350.00 for the problems to be diagnosed. I WAS ASSURED THIS FEE WOULD BE WAVIED IF I HAD THE WORK DONE AT THE DEALERSHIP. Later I was told that my engine was under a recall, and that Hyundai America would need to replace it. I was also told that I would have to authorize an additional 4 hours of diagnostic time. 4 hours at $700.00, I signed working under the assurance that the work would be done at the dealership and so fees would be waived. When I got my car, I was told I had to pay the $700. I read the paper work it says its $170.00 an hour 170x4=680, yet they were trying to charge me $175.00 an hour. I explained that that didn't add up, you can't print $170.00 an hour on the receipt and charge me $175.00 an hour on the side. The service writer said, our prices have gone up, its just not updated in the computer. I believe this is against this law, the receipt says one thing and you pay another. IF YOU PAID MONEY TO THIS DEALERSHIP CHECK YOUR RECEIPT FOR LABOR CHARGES. YOU OVER PAID BY $5.00 AN HOUR.
