Somehow, this company got my credit card detail and has been charging my card. I never gave them my card information nor did I authorize any charges. I'm not familiar with this company (ies) and I'm not ordering any Yoga products as they claim that I have. The are scammers and phishing. I believe the sent an email under the auspices of ***'s Club whom I'm a member of. It came shortly after I had renewed my membership, which I paid via a personal check. I thought it was a legit survey as I'm a member. In any event, somehow I then begin to get charged monthly, July and Aug (so far) in the amount of $137.42 and $138.13. A smartwatch and airpods which I didn't want and haven't used were shipped to me, and I understood this was to be as a thank you gift for completing the survey. I never provided my credit card information nor did I authorize these transactions. I didn't commit to any membership or subscription. I question the timing of this as it seemed it was right after/ around the time of my renewal of my ***'s Club membership, and I think I have fallen prey to a phishing scam. I'm a veteran, stroke and cancer survivor and I've never had to deal with anything like this before ever. I called the company and asked them to cease and desist these charges and also filed a complaint with my credit card company, the ******************* and PA *************** of **************************** because I don't know if it's an inside job with ***'s club, or if my wifi was compromised or if my email was hacked or if ***'s Club had a breach to their financial systems or what. Not sure how this is happening .
