Lunas moving has a piano that needed to be delivered last weds (3/20), also a piano and pool table that needs to be delivered on 3/30 , this Saturday. However they don't respond to phone calls, emails or text messages. Customers are coming to me and holding me accountable for ****** unprofessionalism. These pianos cost a lot of money and in some cases are family heirlooms.Initial Complaint

Piano Storage. $750 per year paid since 2018 I'm trying to get my grand piano out of storage and can't get in touch with the owner. It's been over a month with no response to emails or calls. Business phone inbox is full.7ft. Grand Piano worth $13-16k is missing
