            I purchased the Stacker Wallet on or around 9-2-20 thorough Amazon. Their lifetime guarantee was advertised, and a promise to address any customer service issues promptly within 24 hours. Although their wallet seemed overpriced, I chose to do business with them anticipating a good value overall. I first reached out to Bankr on ****-21 and again on 8-26-21 pleading for ANY sort of response. Attached you will find the original order, the things this company promises, and my attempts to remedy the situation. Since ****, the wallet has continued to chip apart literally getting worse each day. It has never been wet or experienced more than common wear and tear. I see no way that a hundred dollar wallet should not look like this a year later!I would find it acceptable if Bankr will acknowledge the complaint's with a thorough explanation regarding their complete lack of customer service and replace the wallet with something that will be more durable or refund for the $99 dollar list price.

            So I ordered a wallet on may 10th ********************************************************************************************* anything. I tried logging into my account and it doesnt display the status there either. Only that Ive been paid. My order # is *****. Can someone please help, thanks. Ive emailed you guys multiple times and have not gotten a response. This is my last option , who can help!
