      10/25: We ordered a crib for $200 and the order was cancelled 5 minutes later. A $200 charge went pending into my account 10/26: I called BuyBuyBaby and was told to order again. I did so, this order was cancelled and we had another $200 pending charge. I spoke to a supervisor *** who said she would call us back when the charges cleared.10/31: I called and asked for a supervisor as the pending charges were returned to the account, never received a return call 11/1: Called again, **************** rep made me cry, was again told I would recieve a call. Never got one 11/8: Was on the phone with **************** for an hour and half. Spoke to a manager who put the 531$ order in for us (bought the crib and the dresser). Received an email a few hours later, the order was cancelled. $531 pending out of the account.I do not have the time or energy to continue to go back and forth with customer service. I am 6 months pregnant and my job is highly stressful. My husband works ********************************************************************************************************************************

      I returned this order to the store for a refund with the original package on 01/16/2022 and the store shipped it to the warehouse without the original package, so they returned it to me because it was shipped to the warehouse from the store without the original package, so I called buybuybaby and a nice lady apologized and asked me to return it again and she put a note on the order.So I did returned it again on 01/16/2022 and the warehouse shipped it again to me.Second thing I talked to a supervisor and he started shouting at me because I was saying that I need to return it and its not my mistake, so I asked for his name and he didnt want to tell me his name and he hanged up on me. 02/14/2022 6:05 pm pacific time.

      We are in receipt of the attached complaint regarding Amr Yehia - complaint # ********

      Customer service representative, ****, reached out to the customer 3/22/2022 confirming we processed a refund in the amount of $205.91 back to the customers **** card ending in ****. The customer was advised it can take 3-5 business days for the refund to show posted on the account for the Graco Modes Element DLX Travel System in Rafa. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. As of today, we consider this complaint closed. Thank you.
