Bought their premium shoe care kit and used it on my **** ************ zoom comforts because the product is supposed to be safe on suede the product turned the area of my shoes black and hardened it called the company and was told to send pictures so I did no one got back to me and had to call multiple times and wasnt able to speak to a manager was finally able to and was told I can just send the product back no for a refund and not willing to help at all for replacing my shoes that were only worn three times.Business response

We are sorry to hear that you were not happy with your experience with our product. Sneakers have different materials that sometimes require different processes to clean them. For instance for suede, often times you will get the best result by cleaning the shoe and then completley rinsing it in water. If you would like to send your shoes to ** we will be happy to clean them to your satisfaction and send them back to you. You can also send the product to us for a refund if you would like. I was at the *************** ********** with my son and his friend. The guy at the quick care kiosk lord them in by discussing the sneakers my son was wearing. Next thing you know he talks my son into two premium kits but never discuss the price. My son is a minor and he charged my sons cash app $220 and gave him one of the boxes empty. I went back with mall security to resolve the issue. He said he would give him $80 back and he can keep the product. That never happened. Yes I see this online through their own site for $25 For the exact thing my son purchased at the kiosk. This is a complete scam and I want to complete refund. I am going to file a formal complaint tomorrow with them all and security already Filed a report. Im warning everybody to stay clear of them its criminal in their behavior.Customer response

We apologize for the experience that your son encountered at the kiosk at ***************. We have notified the distributor that services that location and he should have reached out to you already. Our company is CareCo LLC. We are the manufacturer of Quick Care products. We sell our products to independent distributors that resell the products at retail shows and mall kiosks across the country. We do not have any ownership or control of the individual locations. We are simply a product supplier. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We have brought the complaint to the owner of that location and we were told that they would reach out to you to discuss a solution. If you have not received contact from them, or you are not satisfied with the solution that they offer, please contact the mall management at the *************** and inform them of your complaint. They will have the authority to work on your behalf for a solution. In the end if you are not able to reach a solution through these channels please contact us directly at ************ and we can push again to have the owner of the location reach out to you and come to a solution where you will be satisfied.
