They do NOT deserve even a one star! Trying to call to get some information verified and twice ********************* up on me and ******* once. When I called back to issue a complaint they hung up on me when I asked to speak to someone about issuing one. If there is a QA department then they have a lot of teaching points that need to be gone over. If no QA then that's something that needs to be added ** you have some employees that need to understand how to speak to not just a customer but a person in general.

I was contacted on 11/18/2021, my phone automatically denied the call. They left a voicemail, and the first red flag was the caller began her VM as: "Hey it's ******** if you can give me a call back........" She never addressed who she worked for. I finally called back today, 11/29/2021, very cautiously. I dialed the phone number they left me in the *** and the automated voice greeted my call with "Press 1 for student loans, Press 2 for...." I pressed 1, spoke with a lady, she gave me an estimate, and then began demand immediate payment. I feel it's necessary to let you know, she ALREADY HAD ALL MY INFORMATION. Meaning, she said "so this is your phone number, correct?" "This is your legal name, correct?" etc. I am afraid of identity theft at this point. I told her I did not have any payment on me at this time, and I would "call her back" (NOT). She was immensely hesitant to let me off the phone, and she finally gave me a call back number. She hung up quickly. I mulled over that conversation for a moment, then re-dialed the phone number from the *** to which there was a screeching tone. I re-dialed, and it stated this number was no longer in service. WHAT??? I waited 5 minutes, and re-dialed. I was again greeted with the automated voice, and I pressed 1. A man picked up my call, and I asked him what the name of his business was since it was not listed in the *** on their automated greeting, and the email the woman I previously spoke with didn't have anything to address who they are. I went in circles with him to get my question answered, and finally I got one: Student Loans Advisory. I asked for a website, I could hear some clicking in the background, and finally got one: studentloanadvisory.org (HINT: IT DOESN'T EXIST). I feel so violated....shame on them.

I believe I believe I was just in their services meaning that offers services for student loan forgiveness program through their student national advisory and I've already made one payment to this company and I need to stop because I see that it is a scam because I'm trying to get in contact with them and the numbers numbers I have are not working

"Student Loans Advisory Department" Called and left me a message so I was curious as to what company this was and called back. He asked my name and then my bdate. I didn't' give it to him and then he got defensive and said why would I call them back if I was so skeptical. I looked them up while on the phone and said they have a Bad wrap with BBB and he started laughing and hung up on me.
