My son went to C2 education for class. When I signed the contract on Sep30,2023, C2 education manager told me that if I am not satisfied with the course in first three weeks, I can get a full refund. I feel dissatisfied with my son's teacher after 2 classes. I requested a refund of all tuition fees on Oct.7,2023. They told me that I can only refund 70% because I paid in installments. Which is different from what the manager said when signing the contract. When I signed the contract, the manager quickly showed me the contract on the iPad. I didn't have enough time to read the contract carefully. The manager knew my English is not good and I spoke with him Chinese. I wish C2 could return me 100% refund.I feel like they set a sales trap. They bullied me for my poor English, coaxed me into signing a contract without telling me the real terms, and embezzled my tuition fees.
