On 4/23/24,I ordered a largest dumpster trailer from this business for 7 days for $425. I asked him ( ****/ owner) how much dirt and trash I can fill and I did exactly so. No mention of over weight extra charge. On 4/30/24, he was supposed to pick up the trailer but he didnt until I called him late afternoon. He showed up around midnight to take it away. On 05/01/24, early in the morning he charged my credit card $275 for overweight with out my knowledge or consent. He said he sent me the bills but hadnt. I called him he didnt answer the phone. I texted him and he said it was because of the weight. I texted back that I did exactly what he said he stopped responding. I called my credit card company to dispute the charge and he texted me back demanding payment and harassing. I asked him to stop and he asked me to stop communicating with his company in pretending that he was the one being harassed. Today he texted me again to offer his services. One thing to be mentioned here is which he demanded my credit card from beginning of the service even though I offered to pay him cash then he went ahead and charged my card for extra money with out my consent. It looks like he was planning to charge extra for his service. I believe this guy is a scammer. Thank you for your attention.
