I paid DSR leasing a $595 service fee and a $2000 build deposit around June/July of 2021, both of which were told to me to be refundable. I lost my job and ended up cancelling my car order, then waited for my refunds which were again confirmed to be in the works. I was informed on multiple occasions over several months by my representative that the refund was still in processing. Finally in April 2022, my rep said she was escalating this to the owner. To this day, have not received either fee refunded or any further correspondence from DSR Leasing even though I have reached out multiple times. My representative was amazing, so I do not want this to fall back on her, but I would also like my refund as I stated to her multiple times that I could really benefit from getting the money back during the hardship I was going through.Initial Complaint

0n 06 Jul 2021, I signed a P0 with DSR Leasing to procure from the manufacturer a 2022 *** 330i to be delivered mid Dec 2021. I wrote the DSR Leasing for $1,595. The check covered a non-refundable service fee of $595 and a $1,000 deposit to be returned to me if I were to change my mind. Upon delivery the company raised the price of the vechile by $3600 and I changed my mind. I requested the company return my deposit on 05 Jan 2022. As per signed agreement DSR Leasing advised me they would cut me a check with 3 days. 2 months later, no check and the company is avoiding my calls. HELPBusiness response
