              Very deceiving business practices and bad customer support. There is no phone number, and they charge a 10% restocking fee and automatically add a $10 "shipping insurance" fee. Stay away

              I ordered the ********************* Leather Backpack to replace my briefcase. Very impressed with the quality and I get compliments all the time.               Great customer service. I had trouble with the lock on my new Bric's suitcase, and I got a CALL from ***** in customer service - an actual person responding to my actual concern. And when the problem was resolved, I got a follow-up email. Additionally the price on the suitcase was the best I found. I am thinking I might NEED the matching train case! I highly recommend Travaloo.
