      Made a 150$ order. Received completely different flowers and order did not make it in the expedited time it was paid for. Called the company during their business hours and no one answered.

      I was robbed too. The voice mail keeps on repeating, I wish I read these reviews before I ordered. I guess I am not the only one unfortunately. Thanks for nothing. **** ******

      The flowers I purchased weren't available and the flowers offered as a substitute weren't provided. I asked for a supervisor to call and instead received ample emails. A supervisor called me 3 days later. While speaking with the supervisor, I also asked to listen to the recording of the conversation and was told there's no way to hear it over the telephone during a conference call and she will request it to be forwarded to me but she's uncertain if this is an option. NOTE: the email I received on 8/19/24 confirmed what I asked for and the supervisor said "I'm uncertain why the *** misspoke as I listened to the recording myself." The flower arrangement was not to my liking and not what was discussed/agreed upon (I wanted all lavender roses with some white flowers mixed in since my original request of dark purple tulips weren't available). The lavender roses suggested by the ***resentative as a substitute weren't even in the arrangement (they gave me ONLY 2 dark purple roses). Additionally, the handwritten note card with the recipient's name and address was tacky/unprofessional, which was embarrassing. I would like to hear the recording from 8/17/24 myself and receive a larger compensation other than the 20% of my money back they offered.

      They promised my delivery for Saturday which they never did, they sent AN EMAIL on Saturday at 11:30am saying they cant deliver that day they will deliver Monday or Tuesday. Not even a call we spent all day waiting for the flowers later on the day I saw the email. When i called rhey are still in hours of operation but is impossible to get in touch with them. No one to answer for an issue with a call but when you call to place a new order they have someone answering. They also said I have to wait until Monday because they dont have anyone on Sunday and my delivery was supposed to be on Saturday. When I finally spoke to a supervisor name **** she offer me a few more flowers and a delivery for Tuesday or another day. Which I did not accept because my grandmother bday was Saturday not Tuesday. Her answer was: Im sorry I dont have a Time Machine. Save your money and your emotions because this people dont care about you or your family member. They try to get the business and your lonely and never deliver what they promised.

      They got me for $100. Never received the bouquet/strawberries. You cant talk to no one. Its all automated! I hope you all go out of business and go to jail!

      My message to them: This is the first time I've ever had to apologize for a gift. I am so completely disappointed in Flowershopping.us and will not be using your discount for future orders. In fact, I am requesting a refund.I spent a great deal of time looking for a special and unique mother's day gift to send to my daughter, and ordered it well in advance of delivery (5/4/2024) as I know that holiday is a busy one for florists and I wanted to be sure this option would be available for a 5/11/2024 delivery. I chose a small stylish terrarium with violet and **** plants (picture attached). What got delivered was an easter basket with some generic house plants, 6 pink carnations and a pink bow (picture attached)- completely wrong and unacceptable...not even close to what I chose. I did remotely get what I paid for.They replied; said they would "look into it" but then completely ghosted me. No further response to my follow-up inquiries.

      They CLAIM to be family owned and ********** #1 florist since 1910. **** Florist is actually the oldest shop and family owned flower shop. This place is an order gathering site who sells you flowers for $80, sends it to a real shop for $40 so when you get it , it is so much smaller than you thought. Any "family owned business that only has a 1=800 number and is open 24/7 365 is NOT a real flower shop!

      I ordered flowers for my girlfriend's birthday. They called me mid-afternoon the day it was to be delivered and said they had to outsource and I needed to pay more. They have "reviews" on their website yet there is no way to post a review. They are not a legitimate business.

      ******** ordered for a family member in a different state who just had surgery. I ONLY used them because of the "Same Day" shipping. They did NOT deliver. I called the following day and asked about my order and they could not locate it nor connect with the local florist they used. They cancelled my order over the phone after I had expressed my frustration on the delivery issue. They sent me a confirmation of cancellation via email. Three days later, I receive a call from the flowershopping and they told me they did deliver my order and I was responsible for paying for it still. (after I cancelled) The customer service told me if I wanted a refund I would have to arrange a pick up with some local florist. I live in a different state, across country and I cannot get my family member who had surgery to do it. I also found out they didn't deliver what I ordered in the first place. (missing balloon and the flowers did not match the picture) HUGE SCAM! DID NOT DELIVER ON TIME DID NOT DELIVER WHAT I *****ED- AND THEY DELIVERED AFTER I HAD ALREADY CANCELLED THE ***** and made a return impossible. They are terrible. Go with anybody else.

      Buyer Beware!!! What we ordered was not what we received! Ordered: 1. Ocean Breeze Spray/Item # T246-2A. The spray was to have white ******* lilies, blend of roses, with blue *********************** set amidst ferns. Paid $188.00. The spray we received was of only white carnations & yellow lilies. This mix is particularly low cost & low value. Furthermore, the message card that we wrote was changed by the florist without approval. The florists message had Incorrect spelling, grammar, capitalization, & names listed. Our Card Message: Hunter, how very quietly you tiptoed into our world. You are a grandson that was taken from us far too soon, and in sorrow, we mourn you. You are now the Lords special ****** Forever in our hearts, The ***************************************************************** Grandmama.Instead, the florist wrote: Your are now in the Lords special angle for ever in our hearts ****************************************, ***************************** did not stand behind their Guarantee posted on their website.
