      this company...they send me the wrong product and won't provide a return label. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. I would have understand if it was my fault but it was the company who sent me the wrong product. In this case the customer should not be responsible for the shipping cost. I ordered citrus flavor, not chocolate, since I am allergic to chocolate. I have tried to resolve this issue by asking for a return label so they can send me the correct product or give me a full refund.

      I bought 3 bags of nerve power for my husband to try for his neuropathy knowing there was a full Refund if not completely satisfied. My husband could not finish one serving. Its awful. The company refuses to give me my money back offering 20% and then 50% back minus shipping at my expense! False advertising!

      I ordered two packs of the powder for my wife who is suffering very badly from periferal neuropathy. The tracking number issued kept coming up as invalid. Contacted them via email and was given very evasive and vague replies, not directly answering why the tracking number was invalid or why my products had not been shipped. I worked in retail for many years and I can recognize BS when I hear it. Please give me my hard earned money back.

      I have five separate orders of the super nerve blend that I have not received. They said they were out of stock and would let me know when it's back in but they should not take my money if they don't have any in stock

      I purchased the Nerve Brand's 30-day Neuropathy Blend greens powder and there was no relief found after the 30 days of continual use. I emailed the company asking for a refund as their social media ads state, but the person emailed back stating that another 30 days should be given to give it a real shot. So I purchased another package of Neuropathy Blend and the product was used for another 30 days. At the end of 60 days of continual use there was no relief or any difference. I have emailed & called multiple times and just get told that my request will be escalated. Once I was offered 20% back- this is not what their ad states. It's been 6 weeks since my original email letting them know that it had been 60 days and relief from using their product was not found. Unacceptable!

      I ordered a supplement called Super Food Nerve Health Gummies , received yesterday I decided to start taking it this morning, after getting the first gummy in the following 20 minutes I experienced the worst allergic reaction of my life , I became red hot and swollen in different part of my body. I immediately check ( again ) the listed ingredients and I did suspect there was something else beside the listed because the gummies were super spicy and I didnt see any pepper listed . I contact the company explaining what happens and asking a full list of ingredients because I need to know what cause this to me as I had to take anti histamine and even steroids . I also ask a refund offering to ship back the product since they claim on their ADS and emails 30 days money back guaranteed, they ignore the request of the full list of ingredients and told me that they cant refund me because they cant accept a product open back , as a courtesy maybe they could issue a partial refund . This is unacceptable its false advertising and it is my right to have the full list of ingredients since it caused me an health issue. I want also a full refund .

      I ordered these gummies and took one the day I received them. It was so peppery and spicy I was unable to coninue. My mouth burned for 30 minutes. I have some mouth issues due to chemo. Now they say no refund if opened. How can you try the for 21 days if you cant open? Very deceptive! They claim total refund, no questions asked.

      I ordered 3 bags of chocolate shake mix I receive citrus I contacted them they said they would replace them but nothing and they have offered me everything else but the shakes and a full refund I enclosed the conversation I have had with them last being a 50% refund which I was not happy with

      We have not had the chocolate flavor in stock since November, 

      We will later on this year and can send you a replacement then. 

      If you would like to return them simply send them back and we can do a full refund.
