Many false promises on delivering purchased product. 11 and waiting for a school photo. Pathetic!

Not worth the money and lack professionalism. This is the worst company and so many issues this year and last year with pictures, and I am not the only parent with issues with them. I could not believe we paid money for class pictures to get a sales flyer! I have emailed and will be calling them demanding a refund for it as we paid for pictures not paper. And with split households they assume 2 orders are mistakes and only mails one until parents complain.

Paid over $160 for my childrens school photo that were taken in August 2022. I have still not received any physical photos nor have I received the digital copies. I leave voicemails daily now (November) and send my information via email daily as well. No o e has bothered to call or email back. Horrible business practices.

Absolutely appalling service! Last year I didn't get my photos, and after numerous calls, I did finally get my money refunded AND they sent my photos. I thought, okay all business can have a hard time, but since I did get assistance, silly me ordered again this year............ Placed my order and received order confirmation for delivery within a week. Well it's been over a month and haven't received my order. I have emailed, called, requested assistance on their website and still nothing. Burn me once shame on you, burn me twice, shame on me. MY ADVICE - DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

No one knows what is going on over there! At this point I just want my money back. Runaround via five different emploee each one promising to fix the most recent mess up. To no avail.

We placed an order with this business for digital download pictures and school pictures for our child. The business had mentioned that the pictures would be ready in 2 weeks. It took 2 months to hear from them. I would call the business multiple times to get an update on the photos I had paid for and every time they would give me a different story. They are very unreliable and the service is horrible. First time I called I was told that the pictures were already shipped by mail and to wait one week; next week I called and I was told that they hadn't been shipped because we did not provide an address, when we paid for the pictures online the page would not let you proceed unless there is an address. After a few more calls I told them to let me know when the pictures were ready so I can personally go pick them up and they gave me another story that the pictures were shipped. Finally went in person and they had the pictures on a stack with other photos. From this experience, this is very unprofessional; if they advertise that it will take 2 weeks rather than 2 month I would not bother having the school take pictures of my child again. I would rather take my business elsewhere. I hope no other families go through this frustration. If you take a look at their reviews on Yelp , the majority are all negative.
