I dropped out of from the esthetician program after four days. I received only parts of a student beauty kit. And now I'm being charged $2,222. At first it was $2,800 but then they took my financial aid money to pay them selves without letting me know. The problem is that I'm being charged for the entire kit even though I didn't receive the entire kit. I have complained about this many times with them and they continue to lie saying that they have already reduced the amount that I owe but what they reduced was from my own grant ****** They will not tell me the price if each item that I received. I am being charged for makeup, lashes, ect. but I never received that in the kit. I asked the financial aid lady ********* "how much does each item cost?" And she just said "I don't know" so how can they charge me this amount without them knowing the value of the items? I should not have to pay for something I did not receive while being lied to. I would like a clear explanation of why I'm being charged for the full kit even though I didn't receive it. I need help with this issue please! Thank you.Business response

Due to Federal Student Privacy laws (FERPA) we are unable to communicate with you about this specific matter without a FERPA compliant release form. If any student would like to reach out to us directly, we can work through these matters with them. If they would like to provide a copy of the attached release form authorizing us to speak with you and if they were enrolled with us, we would be able to discuss this matter with you.

I am rejecting this response because: I have already had many appointments with financial aid. And I get nowhere the lady ********* just lies saying that they have already adjusted my debt from the items I did not receive when in reality my debt stays the same! I want a list of the price of every item that I'm being charged for and I want my debt adjusted. I'm tired of you guys lying and not reducing my debt at all!Business response
