I came into this hair salon with blonde hair, attached the in the documented images. I wanted to have a second session of balayage root touch up. I signed an agreement for the student to do my hair and had the expectation of minor faults. The salon then took my bright blonde hair and dyed it black and *****. They attempted to cover the mirror so I couldnt see my results snd rushed me over to pay. When I got home I called and told them this wasnt what I was expecting of asked for at all. I asked if I could have a refund for fear of coming back to them. They insisted a wait a week for an investigation to find out what happened to my hair. Now they claim my blonde hair I came in with was not actually blonde at all. Im undoubtedly stuck with black hair now and they continue to lie and manipulate to protect themselves. I wanted a refund.
