I paid almost in full for the quinceanera dress of my daughter ******* and the lady from the store was rude and avoid responding to my phone calls, they said that need to charge me because of the storage of the dress, 50 by month and because of the ****** they were supposed to let me wait until I can have the party. At the end, they told me that they have the right to keep the money and the dress, and they keep the whole amount. I think this is unfair and I want my money back. Because of their attitude, I didn't have money to celebrate my daughter's birthday. I want to clarify that I tried several times to reach out to fix this situation without any success. And also, on the contract that I am sending there is no specification of charge by storage. More then, contract is in English and not in Spanish.
