      April 21 2024 I paid ****** deposit on a 1970 Chevelle SS 454 the car was not delivered as promised and they wanted me to pay the balance before they would deliver the car they would not return my deposit and all attempts to contact them have failed and they have blocked my phone number.

      Purchased a car for our 16 year olds first car. First off the fuse box was uncovered, done lights didnt work, scratch in the windshield in the drivers area of sight .. a big scratch from the windshield wiper.. asked for these items to be fixed and come to find out the reason the fuse box was uncovered was because they were hiding an electrical problem with the car alarm!! The alarm has been going off for three days now and they are unwilling to fix. This place is a joke and they sell used cars that have major problems , only for them to hide the issues. When I called about it I was told this is my problem now and the car was sold as is.They kept the car for a few days to fix the windshield and replace the BALD tires they were willing to let a teenage girl drive off the lot with. They dont even fill the tank for her!!When we picked up the car I was told they couldnt buff the scratch and they were not going to replace the windshield even though this is a safety hazard. When we got home we noticed the tire that replaced they switched out the rims and gave us a rim that was dented. This is illegal to sell as a rim like this will cut a tire easily. We are extremely unhappy and will never purchase from this place again. They are SHADY people who just want your money and to cut ties .horrible service!!

      02/26/2024 Purchased a car in full by wire transfer from my home in ********** to the dealership in ******* ********** They delayed the shipping of the vehicle two weeks so I requested my money back,Upon request they denied it trying to say Im a scammer wanting money I have the confirmation of the money going to their account, as well as the salesman confirming that it went through on the day of the transaction The general manager believes that I sent the money then unsent the money to fraud them, that is entirely incorrect as I have none of the money I sent back in my account

      I put ***** dollars cash and picked up the vehicle and found the headlights didnt work and returned them the vehicle with in 10 Minutes. The next day they drive the vehicle to their shop which was across town without my consent. I then asked for a refund of the cas deposit and they refused to refund the money.

      I bought a car from Prestige Auto that broke down soon after purchase. My mechanic found multiple improper previous repairs with invalid parts and multiple safety issues. Repairs were over $5000. I won a judgement and they will not pay. When researching their business license with DMV it does not exist.

      On September 7th 2023 I purchased a ***** Accord by financing I had put down $***** they illegally took the car from me on the 1st of oct and told me it was not a repo that I had to do a welcoming call to the financing company they broke the contract not me and they took the car before I could make my first payment on the 7th of Oct. Also the Tage were expired by then cause they were Sept Tags. They said that my money went to the milage on the car that I used . Which is noway worth ***** from that point they were refusing to give my money back . So I call the financing company and they wanted the application number and the employee at prestige auto would not give it to me so at that point I had told the lady at the financing company that you would have to call them and asked for it because they're not going to give it to me and when she called they had told her that they're busy with the customer to call back so when I called them back again they told me that my application was writing so I said if my application was voided then the contractor doesn't apply to anything that I should be able to get my money backso when I went to the office to get my money they still wouldn't give me my money and they would said they would call the police I told them they could call the police please do and then they said oh get off the property. I've heard from numerous of people that they fraudulently scamming customers daily. I advise everybody to not buy a car from here .

      I bought a 2020 ****** on Oct. 16, 2023. I paid cash. Some was in actual cash and a little over $15,000 was in a cashiers check. Prestige Auto Sales in *******, ** wrote me a "bill of sale" saying I paid in full. Prestige Auto sales told me two different stories. One is they tried to cash the cashier check and the bank would not accept it. They offered to meet me at the bank (in person) with the cashier check I gave them (when I bought the car). They wanted to cash it. Then they changed their story again The second story is they lost my cashier's check. I talked to the bank manger and she said I have to wait 91 days to put a stop on the cashiers check. The cashier check funds are not in my account, but are in the actual bank's account. ********************** told me they will not turn in the paperwork to the dmv until they get another cashier's check. ********** laws says they have to turn in the paperwork to the dmv within 30 days. I have paperwork from prestige auto sales saying "I PAID IN FULL". Can you BBB have them send in the paperwork to the dmv now?? It is not my fault they lost they cashier's check I have them.

      I bought a car from Prestige auto sales on 8 18 2023. I believe there has been negligence .1. First the Buyer Guide that was on the window said different than the one they told me to sign. I had a issue with the catalytic converter I was told it was going to be fixed after I bought the car and it was not. 2. When I bought my car from the lot all fees where paid but tags where expired soon I got a ticket and never received new tags. They said that the car passed smog. 3. When I bought the car the advertisement was different online I called in to get that deal and they gave it to me, but then they said that i had to pay $700 extra because my bad credit so i told them can you put that in writing they said no it will be included in the sales price. The salesman told me anyone with bad credit will pay extra. 4. When buying the car i had insurance i showed them at the time and told them i was going to add the car to the policy. So the dealership asked me to add *** tracker on it i said no i do not want it. days later the lender called me to interview me to process the contract and i told them i was in the process of getting insurance that i had 30days. during that time i contacted my insurance agent and my agent basically told me to send him paperwork and pictures of the car. The lender calls again to check up so i told that person it was in the works so i gave her the number to my insurance agent *****************. I did not want to deal with it anymore because i was busy working 12hour shifts at work. I was really busy. Time passed by. On the 18 of September i was suppose to pay my car note but never received any letter or notice. I never received a letter to pay or letter to take the car back because of any reason. While I'm busy with life and working suddenly my car gets repossessed at my house. 5. The Repo guy comes opens my private front gate knocks at my door and tells me that I'm here to take your car because I did not put *** on the car. When the police came he tells the police that I did not make a payment on my car. Just Minutes before the Police comes the repo *** speaks with someone he knows over the phone and tells the person on the phone that (yeah he does not know and they dont know). I knew this because I had cameras on my house so the whole event got recoreded. The repo guy told the police to tell me multiple times to surrender my keys and if I did the repo guy will make a deal with me. I felt that the Police was sidding with the repo guy that he even told the police ill buy you a drink. The police said no thank you. Also when the repo guy was leaving he told the towing truck guy to put it as a repo but the tow truck guy said no i can not do that. It was wierd to me so I told the police what he said but the police said we know he just told us that and that the repo guy will call it in later. The repo guy was traspassing into my house because I have a front closed gate I let know one in my house unless I know you. I belive there was a Breach of Peace in all this situation. 6. I found out after the repo the following week on Monday or Tuesday when i called up the lender that there was contract with them that it never went through. 7. I spoke with the dealer and told them that why did you repo my car if I did not recieve a car note or payment plan or Account ID to pay strike acceptance. Thier response was you did not get the *** tracker and insurance if you come today we can get that for you and make a new contract with your first payment. I told them I had the money to pay on the 18 of september I just never reiceved a car note to pay and now you repo my car I told them if you couldnt get a hold of me by phone you could of send me a letter on the mail explaing what was going on or to surrender the car beacuse the contract did not go through. They did not follow thier own relgulation and believe they did not follow laws or policy. Iask for my my down payment and said no we are not giving you nothing go get a lawyer.

      I am rejecting this response because:  The lender Strike Acceptance (Not the dealership) Told me that there was no Loan Approval. 1. First thing the Dealership never fixed the Car as they told me they would with a bad Catalytic converter.  2. The dealership is saying I missed 2 months but is not even accurate at all because I bought the car on august 18 and the first payment is September 18 and then the car got repo on October 5 illegally because the guy who came never showed me any paperwork just questioned me and its says on their policy on my contract ( I never agreed to any GPS) that seller should give a written notice legally to the buyer (10 days of the date the contract is sign)  if the contract did not go through because of unassign contract to an institution. 3. There was a breach of contract and of Peace everything is recorded on my behalf and I'm also requesting that the dealership summits the contract to the Better Business Bureau.

      On September 28, 2023, I purchased a 2015 *** 328i for ****** with a 30 Day Warranty. On October 4, 2023, the check engine light came on and after taking it to the *** Dealership and $1858.76 later the vehicle was repaired. business refused to honor the warranty because i took the vehicle to the dealership.

      I am rejecting this response because: I was told I had a 30 day warranty (Noted on the "Due Bill") even though the car was sold as is
