Please see what I sent to Arc Dental on Tuesday, March 28th, 2023:"After reviewing the statements sent to me from my insurance company, it looks as though I've been overcharged for my recent appointments. I was charged $279.30 on March 9 - ********* services (I never booked an emergency visit so this was confusing for me)- Root Canal (I opted to pay early for an appointment I had later in the week)According to my insurance company, I should only have been charged $239.30 for both the emergency ***************** I was charged $606 on March 23 - Crown According to my insurance company, I should only have been charged $425.50.It looks as though I am owed a total of $220.50 - $40 from the emergency services / root canal - $180.50 from the crown"After this, they called me and tried to tell me that the additional charges were something I agreed to and was in my dental plan which they said was given and signed by me. I never received the plan and did not sign any documents at all during any of my visits. I've tried getting this refunded multiple times but because the company is refusing to send information to me and to those I've disputed them with, all claims keep being closed for lack of information. I requested the dentist send me the signed document proof but they refused to do so.Business response

This situation is never ending since she says that she is right in her arguments despite having explained it verbally and she having signed the treatment plan.
On the recommendation of our lawyers we will send a check for $220.50 so as not to waste time on emails and receive threats from her with her lawyer.
