      Date of original transaction: April 15, 2022 Payment Method: PayPal Amount paid: $529.95 USD Order Number provided by ssworxs llc: ***** Website ordered from: ***************************** (PayPal transaction went to ********************************** ssworxs llc owns ***************************** and ************************************************ sites of ssworxs llc: ********************************************************** and ************************************************************* April 15, 2022 ordered an item from *****************************. PayPal transaction went to ******************************** (ssworxs llc). Website stated delivery would take about 5-7 months. Reached out on June 7, 2022 in case anything else was needed from my end and they responded the order was within the 5-7 month wait window.On January 7, 2023, reached out to ******************************** (ssworxs llc's email) for an update on the order (which was well past the delivery date) and didn't get a response. Followed up on January 11, 2023, February 19, 2023 and February 21, 2023 and still received no response. Followed up again on March 3, 2023 and got a reply on March 5, 2023 in which ssworxs llc would look into the order (never got a follow up). Reached out again on March 13, 2023, March 16, 2023 and March 17, 2023 and did not receive a response again. On March 20, 2023 sent an email for a refund as it's been almost a year (never got a response). Reached out to PayPal to start a dispute as well as my bank that has the credit card linked to PayPal (in progress) on March 21, 2023.Followed up again today on March 23, 2023 for a refund (still ignored), however, when I reached out to ssworxs llc using a different email I have for an inquiry about a product, they were quick to respond.

      2/13/2022 is the date of my large order for a 91 ****** 240 and was told a different date multiple times after that then no response then it became impossible to contact them ever since, it's almost a year....

      May 26th 2021 I ordered a fiberglass hood costing $****.00 USD converted from CAD being closer to $2000 CAD. SSWORXS claimed ***************** (the manufacturer) would be making these to order - which would take some time. 3 months pass, I emailed asking about updates on my order. I emailed a week later to finally get a response stating the Hood was complete and sitting in a shipping container in *****, and that it would be the next container sent. We are talking about covid times. Over a couple more months, they claimed the Manufacturers shipping container company went out of business, they had me waiting on updates for quite a while. I emailed back finally stating that I wasn't able to wait 2 years for my hood and that I want a refund - since they had accepted my money, and no product - under the consumer protection act, I should be able to request for my refund. They have dodged 7 emails over the past 5 or 6 months. I went to Paypal and they said it was past 180 days.. due to their policies, nothing could be done and to contact the card company. I contacted TD numerous times and received similar run-around regarding policies past 90 days of purchase date. That is not quite fair for made-to-order products in ***** with covid delays etc etc. I was instructed to file an IC9 complaint and return a copy to paypal - they have reopened the case, I have 10 days to hear back again. I expect the same results that TD has given me.The website stopped loading for me now. Their Instagram page doesn't accept "dm's" and their comments have been turned off. At the time of purchase, no red flags were present as I researched the company. After checking today, I see that a few similar situations have been filed. **** usd dollars....

      I Ordered Car fenders for ******** back on october 5th of 2020. The buyer promised delivery within 6 months. Due to Covid and international delays, took a little longer understandably. But the seller has lied on multiple occasions about having located it on a container and it should be delivered soon and of course as you can guess I still havent received it and the Buyer has stopped returning my emails , even when Im asking for a refund! The buyer has removed the business and Phone number and now I have no way of contacting them! Ive been trying to contact them by leaving reviews on their website!! To which I saw there was others like me and the business owner saw this and had a bunch of his friends and family leave Fake 5 star reviews to hide the bad reviews.
