Savemart advertised a $5 rebate via PayPal if I purchased corned beef and Guinesss beer together. I did so after I had clipped the offer on my Savemart app. I never received the PayPal rebate. I contacted them via their customer service email address and received one reply back asking me for receipts and information on my purchase. I responded back to that email with the information that they were requesting, but after several repeated attempts via email, they just ignored me.Initial Complaint

I was banned from your E.18th store while having had shopped there for generations due to a rogue and malicious security guard, *****! Falsely accusing me to striking someone without my defense being heard I don't do physical violence! I nowhere got near her and she was waving her cane and louding screaming threats and profanities. I believe that video that you seen were not me or absolute lies! Alls I did was walk from the bus stop to Lucky for milk and the free item. I am usually in and out!Then, in ********************************* I was falsely accused of using racist name calling because the meat manager and some other frizzy hair women was raging, loud and rude to me when I tried to return rib eye steaks that were bad meat. Then I got another pack to find that a new york steak was sneaked into my rib eye steaks package and the clerk said it was ok to go to the meat **** to look at meat.(While I waiting for the manager to arrive to settle my problem) Out of nowhere, the same malicious meat manager and his frizzy hair assistant came to drag me out of the store.claiming I had call them racist names, when it in fact, alls i said was the way they were acting and screaming is from their "background" and they called this racist! They then called **************** on me while I waiting outside. Save Mart stores employee the most scandalous people, especially in their customer service ****, ******(refusing to give his name, ****** who makes up what I had said and then claims he's repeating what I had said, while an other passenger at the bus stop overhears my conversation and smiles in support and verbal agreement with me) They have also refused to allow me to speak to the corporate office. Their corporate customer service is corrupt!The store manager at *****, ****** claims that I know him from Safeways, in which I do not. He refuses to tell me what has happened and was very rude, only saying that I am no longer welcomed here I hardly shop here anyway, I shop *********Initial Complaint

****** and ***** in your customer service center is by the far the most abusive employees that I have ever encountered. I am a generational shopper of Lucky and have shopped Luckys for fifty some years and have had the best encounter from employees at the Lucky's stores. However, today was especially frustrating at the store trying to get a raincheck. The store has been run very poorly lately and the good managers have left due to inability to get along with the current store manager, who seems to have difficulty in running the store properly. Employees have agreed with me today about what a zoo that store is today. Anyway, I could not get a raincheck from any employee from courtesy clerk to customer service desk or checkers and my check was sent flying, upon discovery and told ****, she said she returned it, but I had no knowledge of such. Anyway, so I thought it was best to report this. I had ****** and as I was talking, he hung up on me. Later, I would get a *****, who didn't like what I said, so she hung up me and then told ****** that I was disrespectful to employees (of which I don't know where she gets this from?) I WAS NOT disrespectful to employees at all, they are actually friends!***** proceeded to hang up on me because I could not understand **** and felt she needed to have a better command of English or speak better over her mask! ***** apparently objected to this. I don't know who ***** thinks she is? I am a paying customer, she has no authority over me?! I am entitled to say what I need to. Later, as I called back and get ****** and asked for a manager, he says that won't happen and accused me of disrespecting employees and told me that I am banned from shopping at Luckys! I have never had such poor customer services, let alone abusive customer service! I would like to speak to corporate office of these customer service representatives! They are nothing but trouble makers and fabricating accusations while there is a need for your storeInitial Complaint

I ordered a turkey for thanksgiving and cancelled it . I called the deli department.I then received 2 weeks later a reminder to pick my turkey up so I called again and spoke to the *************** she assured me it was canceled. Today I was looking over my credit card bill and I was charged for a turkey. So I called the store and the assistant manager said someone picked it up. There employees are thiefs When I called corporate instead of apologizing she hung up on me and acted like it was my fault she asked to drive from ********** all the way to ******* which is about ***** bucks Round trip. Then started talking over me and yelling when I asked for a manager she hung up on me. Savemart has terrible customer service.Initial Complaint

I go to save mart atleast 3 times a week to order a fresh deli sandwich I always order the same sandwich, the staffing is mostly all nice except a Hispanic lady, she doesnt seem to friendly, well anyways I ordered my sandwich on a French roll, when I got to work and went to take a bite the bread was hard, it cracked my tooth i think she gave me sourdough or it was hecka stale bread, so I called and talked to the store Manager ***** and let her know what happened she said ok whats my name and phone number and than she said there is nothing she can do and that I just have to wait for their insurance to call me. Im like shocked how she handled this, I wrote a statement on what happened and I have witnesses from my co workers about the bread, they know I go and get a sandwich atleast 2 to 3 times a week. Ordered a Prime Roast Holiday Dinner from Savemart ************ Branch here in ********, ********** for our family Christmas celebration Dec.26,2021. When we opened the box, we noted that the Prime Roast has an expiry date on the label of Oct.2021. Since we were busy with the holiday preparations we decided to **** it and give it a try. The meat was spongy, tasted weird, stale. It was a total waste of money and somehow affected the joy of our family christmas celebration. The meat must be leftover from a previous holiday, unsold and Savemart decided to sell it for December 2021 holiday. Thank God our kids who ate a bit of the meat did not get sick from it.Initial Complaint
