I wrote a contract with Jeffery ********************** of ********************** Electric on 5/17/23 in which he would install a Generac 48 kW generator at my house on or before October 15, 2023. Mr. ********************** signed the contract and I paid him with a check in the amount of $19,923 witch was subsequently cashed. Mr. ********************** told me that the amount was necessary due to the unusually large size of the generator.I started calling him on or about the October delivery date and he continued to tell me it was "in shipment". As of the first of 2024 and after numerous phone calls that were not returned, I began to wonder if I would ever see my generator.I made contact with ******* and while they acknowledged that ********************** was a "dealer" of theirs, they said that Generac had no order from ********************** even closely matching my contract and they informed me they were not responsible for their dealer's actions. I provided Generac with a copy of our written agreement. I had an attorney contact ******* and he received a similar response. I have continued, unsuccessfully to make contact with Mr. ********************** and I still do not have my generator.I can not resolve anything without him communicating with me. I went to the place of business listed on his business card and he was not there. The neighboring tenant told me the Landlord evicted him because he was living in an industrial building. 0n going attempts to find his current address have also be unsuccessful.I would appreciate what ever help you can offer and would like to know if he has a current bond.I have the signed contract and will be happy to send a copy of the same to your office.
