*** is a cheat. Came to do the repair and charged the tenant ****** to listen to the refrigerator. He didn't perform any tests or examine anything. He claims that he could hear a failed compressor and then charged for calling the manufacturer which of course he never did. We refused to make payment and he threatened non-stop.

I don't think so he is talking about us because our service call is $149 not $200
There is no info for me to give more details,I greatly appreciated if they have any recipe from us that I can follow this case & solve it completely.

Horrible person, company and service, *** was refer from my first American home warranty, first he lied about the appointments never show up on time is either 2 hours late, 3 hours early or never show up, and finally came to repair my oven he ordered the wrong part and the same error the oven was giving, so I told him you order the wrong part, he got upset and told me that I have cockroach problem and they burn my circuits, which was not true, I asked him to show me where were the proof that I have cockroach and he just didn't answer , I was there when he pulled the part, I have been have pest control for years in my house I never have any problem with cockroaches, many contractor has come to my house and never complained about that, we are family that we keep that house clean, than I found out the reason why he invented that history, it was to sabotage my warranty since home warranty doesn't cover repair if damage by pest, but he never realize that I have pest control and proof, so I sent the proof to the home warranty that I have been have pest control for years, also I have my home warranty for years and every repair people came to my house never complain, this guys is fraud, lazy and have malicious, he didn't want to recognized that he made a mistake ordering the wrong part, I should checked the review on yelp, it speaks for itself, be aware of this contractor.Leo's Appliance Repair Response

The home owner has a home ************* technician report the problem to the home warranty & was advice by the home warranty that they do not cover any noise. Leo's appliance repair has nothing to do with it. Thank you
