Bought some parts here for about $500, first week of July...they ordered the wrong parts and even though I was told by **** that I could return the parts for a full refund the day I bought them... with no mention of restocking fee even though I asked repeatedly...when I tried to return one part (about $150) they wanted me to pay a restocking fee and only store credit... for parts they ordered wrong that wasn't even for the car model and vin number I gave them the first day. They claimed the vendor sent the wrong part to them (more of a reason for vendor to accept responsibility for their mistake) ... when I refused to pay the restocking fee they refused to take them back...a manager would not even come out to talk to me, they wouldn't give me back my receipt and claimed didn't know what happened to it. I left the parts there and left...they are dishonest and unprofessional...To add no one has even attempted to contact me to resolve the issue...Initial Complaint

Oct 27 paid full amount for bumper for ***** crv was told to pick up at my convince when going to pick up 3 weeks later due to covid health issues was told I lost my money and they don't have the part and no refund is offered. Was told that my receipt says this never received a receipt as it was paid on the phone and never was told there was a deadline to pick up.
