              3/21/22 @6:12 pm - Purchase was made from Performance Cooling for a 1995 - 2004 ****** Tacoma Champion 3 Row Core Aluminum Radiator CC1778-3 2020 in the Amount of $229.95 USD. Order # ***** . 3/24/22 @4:31 pm I received email stating there was an order change to awaiting shipment. 3/25/22 money was taken from my checking account in the amount of $229.95. I called several times about the order to find out they didn't have my order in stock. In April I spoke with **** and he said the product was unavailable and they would have to refund me my money. On May 19, 2022 spoke with **** about not receiving refund yet & was told not sure how it was missed & he would send the refund. On 6/3/22 @2:05pm spoke to **** again about not getting refund, **** once again said not sure how it was missed & he would personally make sure I was refunded, then I received this email shortly after ending the call saying the status of my order has changed to Refunded. I have called several times getting no answer & on 7/9/22 I sent them an email saying my refund has not been received as of yet & still no response. I've spoke with my *********** show no attempts have been made by Performance to refund my account. Since product is unavailable I would like a full refund of $229.95 .
